Jusqu’au jour où j’ai demandé une résiliation (car j’ai trouvé beaucoup moins cher avec les mêmes fonctionnalités) tout ce passait bien hormis quelques bug de temps à autre. Après les deux derniers mois ce sont compliqué.. Je n’ai reçu aucun mail avec la date et l’heure de l’arrêt de mon Wavy, juste un commercial qui m’a contacté quand j’ai résilié pour savoir pourquoi. Je lui ai expliqué et il m’a dit juste que ça s’arrêtait fin juin. L’application s’est arrêtée en cours de journée 3 jours avant la fin du mois de juin.impossible de réentrer dans l’application après ça…heureusement j’ai pu directement basculer sur l’application concurrente..ouf! Mais galère en pleine journée…ils auraient pu prévenir! ils nous envoie des tonnes de pub tous les mois, mais là rien! Conclusion : bonne application mais beaucoup trop cher! Et service client laisse à désirer

Des beugs de temps en temps.Service client très moyen..galère au moment de la résiliation , ils ont coupé l’utilisation de l’application en pleine semaine pleine journée avant fin de mois sans prévenir…

J’utilise wavy depuis 4 ans , j’en suis ravie .

Pros

Wavy est simple d’utilisation au quotidien , c’est ce qui m’a convaincue dès le départ. Il est également complet et les administrateurs sont très à l’écoute 👌

Cons

Ayant commencé avec eux il y’a déjà 4ans , il a fallut le temps que certaines fonctionnalités se développent . Mais aujourd’hui je suis entièrement satisfaite de ce qui a été développé ☺️ Wavy reste très à l’écoute de chacune de nos demande , c’est pourquoi il n’y a jamais eue aucune frustration . Juste un peu de patience 😊
