We have been using Rodeo Ticket for the last few years for our 4 day rodeo that sells out quickly every year. They have been very helpful in helping us to navigate through that process and helping to weed out potential problems such as chargebacks, and scammers.

Pros

The customer support has been very helpful. Every time I have a question, they are fast to respond and to help me get the answers I need.

Cons

So far, in my experience, I have not had any cons to using this service. The platform is easy to use.

Pros

We’ve had a great experience using RodeoTicket.com for the Cherokee PRCA Rodeo. The platform is incredibly easy to use, both for managing online ticket sales and sending out mass emails. The ability to pre-schedule communications has been a huge time-saver for our team. On top of that, their customer service is always timely and effective. It’s been a reliable, seamless solution for our events. Highly recommend!

Cons

It checks all our boxes and haven’t had any issues thus far in the years of use. Great solution for our team!

Ease of use and value for money, Rodeo ticket fits the bill and continues to expand services that take care of the overall business

Learning curve was troublesome for our whole team to get to know the systems, training videos were hard to find

Our experience has been a good one. There is so much more you can do on the event ticketing website to promote our sponsors, our available packages, the ease of volunteers to sign-up and get mandatory waiver signed is a great feature. We are happy with the program

Pros

having the access for ticket sales, seating map, scanning, volunteer sign-ups, event management

Cons

only time is when the system goes down and we cannot use it. Normally is for a short period of time because the team at Rodeo Ticket gets on the issue when we call

Pros

One of the best features of rodeo ticket is the support that they give you and help with any question you might have. We have a person that we can reach out to with any issues and she helps us get everything squared away. Our customers love how easy it is to choose their own seats and get their tickets emailed directly to them.

Cons

The one thing that I was hoping would change is the ability to prevent single seats and it looks like that has started to roll out and we should be able to do that soon.

We love them and appreciate their hard work and commitment.

Pros

On-line ticket sales guarantee us a ticket sale even when weather is bad. We had loads of tourists use it! Rochelle is the best. Answers every question promptly and helps those of us who are technologically challenged!

Cons

Had older people that had a hard time using the program….they were confused on how to buy a ticket for specific event
