They have been very helpful in helping us to navigate through that process and helping to weed out potential problems such as chargebacks, and scammers. Pros The customer support has been very helpful. Every time I have a question, they are fast to respond and to help me get the answers I need. Cons So far, in my experience, I have not had any cons to using this service. The platform is easy to use. On top of that, their customer service is always timely and effective. It’s been a reliable, seamless solution for our events. Highly recommend! We have a person that we can reach out to with any issues and she helps us get everything squared away. Our customers love how easy it is to choose their own seats and get their tickets emailed directly to them. Cons The one thing that I was hoping would change is the ability to prevent single seats and it looks like that has started to roll out and we should be able to do that soon.
