"Easy to use, great admin support"

Pros: One of the best features of rodeo ticket is the support that they give you and help with any question you might have. We have a person that we can reach out to with any issues and she helps us get everything squared away. Our customers love how easy it is to choose their own seats and get their tickets emailed directly to them.

Cons: The one thing that I was hoping would change is the ability to prevent single seats and it looks like that has started to roll out and we should be able to do that soon.

"Very pleased with product and service"

Overall: This is the first time we have used an online ticket system and we were impressed. The product is very good and the customer service is outstanding. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] did a great job.

Pros: Easy setup and easy for staff that needed to do the ticket sales.

Cons: The way the sponsor logos appeared on the tickets. To large.

"Makes My Event Look More Professional "

Overall: The customer service that is provided is amazing and ease of use once an event is set up is wonderful. And I appreciate how clean the graphics and site is for my attendees.

Pros: Ability for attendees to buy our tickets online. The platform makes us look more professional.

Cons: I need help setting up each new event, i would like to be able to do that on my own, i need more training or access

Reasons for Choosing Rodeo Ticket: Honestly, I was approached by rodeo ticket and im very pleased with the outcome. I have had a few suggest event brite to me me but I like the options that rodeo ticket gives me and look at growing what I'm doing with it each year. Thos year we emailed invites out to past attendees, it was great.

"Rodeo Ticket Review"

Overall: As people move more and more to their phones to live their lives we needed a way to reach everyone with our new formatted Rodeo. We have never really sold our rodeo tickets on line and I really did not see the need to start. The staff at Rodeo Ticket listened and we decided to give it a try. Our attendance numbers were up partly to do with using Rodeo Tickets. The people who bought their tickets on line had the option to save money by sharing to their social media and then others saw that our rodeo was going on and it had a trickle down effect. The staff at Rodeo Ticket where very hands on and were always available by phone to answer any questions that I had. Because of Rodeo Ticket we are moving all our other County events to their other programs.

Pros: The social media aspect. As people bought their tickets it had an option for people to save money by posting to their respective platforms. The software is very easy to use and customize to fit your needs. The staff is exceptional in listening and helping grow your event.

Cons: I did not have issues with the software.

"Silver Spur Rodeo, Inc."

Overall: Our experience has been a good one. There is so much more you can do on the event ticketing website to promote our sponsors, our available packages, the ease of volunteers to sign-up and get mandatory waiver signed is a great feature. We are happy with the program

Pros: having the access for ticket sales, seating map, scanning, volunteer sign-ups, event management

Cons: only time is when the system goes down and we cannot use it. Normally is for a short period of time because the team at Rodeo Ticket gets on the issue when we call

"Big Timber Weekly Pro Rodeo "

Overall: We love them and appreciate their hard work and commitment.

Pros: On-line ticket sales guarantee us a ticket sale even when weather is bad. We had loads of tourists use it! Rochelle is the best. Answers every question promptly and helps those of us who are technologically challenged!

Cons: Had older people that had a hard time using the program….they were confused on how to buy a ticket for specific event

"Simple and easy to use!"

Pros: It was pretty easy to set up :) I would recommend it to any rodeo committee!

Cons: Only problem is the customer service takes forever to respond :(

"Rodeo Ticket is THE Solution"

Pros: The best part about rodeo ticket is it’s different assets and capabilities for events like rodeos, and how easy it is to solve common ticketing issues when fans arrive to the venue saying they lost/can’t find their ticket. It’s easy to use, simple to explain, and covers all the bases it needs to cover and more.

Cons: The printing hardware seems somewhat dated from the outside, and would like to see more aesthetic/graphic implementation into the software. Overall great product.

"Great program!"

Overall: The support was great! The program was easy to customize. The tickets were easy to print and scan. I highly recommend rodeotickets.com!

Pros: This was easy to set up, easy to promote, and easy to use.

Cons: No cons. I can’t think of anything negative.

"The Best Rodeo ticketing"

"Satisfied Rookie Customer! "

Overall: Very happy with Rodeo Ticket and their reps. I can't wait to use them for our next show and expand into some more booking options.

Pros: The customer service and tech help was immediate & very quick at the problem solving. None of us in the office are very techy Rodeo Ticket was patient and thorough with us.

Cons: We were in the middle of an update, so the devices did not work for a few days. Rodeo Ticket helped us through using the site end for sales instead. It all worked out!
