Opportunities from General Contractors we may not have worked for in the past. Cons Sometimes has glitches and doesn’t remove the plans for projects we decided not to move forward with and leaves them on the bid board. Pros The platform works as intended. I can find jobs to bid. i do not use any other part of the platform as it is not useful to our bidding process. Cons A lot of the GC's I try to message bounce back, or the GC's messages me saying they are not bidding. I think Planhub employees add random GC's that they think might bid a job. There is no other explanation as to why a GC would reply to me stating they are not bidding. They allow estimating companies to have access to planhub so they can use the platform to spam everyone....EVERY DAY. Planhub has changed the platform view several times, and not always for the better. I like the search tool and that you can access and download plans and important documents related to the prospect job. Pros The accessibility to bid opportunities from household name prospects. Competitive but lists all GC's bidding which is very helpful. Cons Sometimes a job won't load a bid from the email notification link. I wish this could be fixed to ensure opportunities for all. I get qualified projects for review and no obligation. It is an extremely helpful tool! Pros They do the hard part of finding potential opportunities for me. I can set the right parameters and PlanHub takes over from there! Cons It’s a lot of emails to sift through. While I do like the email feature it can be a little overwhelming in the inbox. It is a great platform to have. Pros PlanHub is easy to get through and find all details needed. I like how they are set up to separate the details needed for each project. Cons I do not see any cons on my end at this time. PlanHub has been a beneficial platform for us here at our company.
