Cons I wish there were a better way of reviewing the opps by selecting/deselecting for mass deletion or saving to favourites. A calendar view and a map view would be great, too. Its saved me on a few occasions. Pros Suboutreach blanket and how many new subs i've been able to reach. It gives good value for the product. Cons Not sure. Maybe the interface design? Or maybe that there isn't a portal really to see all the vendors. Theres no feed back at all GC to build from. Or even know who was awarded the project. It could very well be user error, so my rating is based on my experience. Im a small shop that does bidding and still have my bags on as well. The time providing bids on here end up being wasted. My advice for anyone starting out would be to reach out to local contractors instead and try to develop a network that way. I’ve managed to stay busy that way. I paid for the year plan so will continue to give it shot. As of now I'll definitely not be renewing plan. Pros The ability to see projects in your area. Being able to look through bidding plans. Also being able to directly email gc could be convenient Cons Very limited feed back to build off of. Using this has lead to contracts for a project that was not listed elsewhere. Pros Able to preview plans without having to download them. shows all GCs bidding on a project even if we did not receive an invite from them. Cons It is difficult to find the architecturals or structurals or just the plan set because many of the names on files are in code and don't make sense.
