Cons

I dont like that i get bids i never asked for aka cleaning when i just need drywall

I like the use of uploading plans that everyone can view.

Cons

I get a lot of calls from subs stating that can't download the prints

Pros

Subcontractors uploading their bids and getting an email notification.

Cons

The selection of trades and inability to export the subcontractor coverage.
