I spoke with my account manager and she discussed her plan to assist which was great. We've been able to bid on multiple commercial and private projects that we were not aware of. Definitely a great investment. Pros What I Like most about PlanHub, is the way I can customize the search to only include items within my personal work radius. Cons I'm not sure how this works, but even when i enter my work radius, I'm still getting request for bids from contractors that are located across the country. It makes for a lot of unnecessary email traffic to my inbox. Switched from [ConstructConnect Bid Center](https://www.capterra.com/p/10011713/ConstructConnect-Bid-Center/) One reason was pricing. PlanHub gave us GREAT promotional pricing. But another reason for the switch was the lack of project information in our area from ConstructConnect. Planhub is a complete software that adds value to any company that wants to increase their business. Pros It's very user friendly and has good Intel. Very advanced preconstruction/bidding software in regards to communicating with other companies, finding projects or leads, and doing bidding/takeoffs and more. Cons Deciphering certain Intel like who's the awarded GC or subcontractor is something that would be useful for supplier like me. Worth a shot but so far a waste of money and time. I find it more effective finding companies that use my product on Facebook than this site. I assume it's because the subs and generals already have their material suppliers set and don't waste too much time looking for new ones. Pros I am exposed to many jobs of different levels. I like that I can contact the subs and the general contractors. Cons Not getting any sales. Zero. I call before I post, follow up with several emails and calls. I mark my product up 2% and still don't get any calls, texts, messages or emails.
