\[sensitive content hidden\] and the Customer Service!!!! These folks are FABULOUS to work with!!! I HIGHLY recommend this company- they REALLY CARE for their customers and making their product as viable as possible for the customer's needs.

Cons

It's not really a "Con" but there are many more features than I have had the time to get to learn. If I took the time to get to know it, I would probably be using even more of the features!

We use it to keep an overview of registrations for classes.

Pros

After the intial set up, it is easy to use, and one of the cheaper options. We have not needed their customer service but heard only good things from friends. Does not try to rip you off like some of the bigger companies. We have only used it for free classes so far but are thinking of switching over from our current provider to host it all with steams online. Integrates well with other apps and providers.

Cons

Bit of a learning curve to set up but really easy to use from then on.

Overall we are very satisfied by this product.

Pros

I like the fact that we don't have to purchase our own database. Steams actually solves that problem where we can use their system to get all the student information directly from the student.

Cons

We need web integration so users on our site isn't redirected. We want steams to be utilized as a schedule and purchase type of product for our students. This should be a feature that is optional and hopefully will be implemented soon.

Pros

The overall experience with Steams Online has been a great one! The interface is user friendly with a very easy to use navigation system. It also provides good automation. We chose to use Steams Online because we were looking to simplify and streamline our customer reports, invoices, and employee files. The extra bonus is we can set up trainings and orientation courses that will aid with onboarding our staff. The great thing is we can remain cost effective. As a small business owner we have several administrative tasks and papers and being able to have most thing digital is well worth it.

Cons

I have no complaints, very satisfied. Definitely a must have for any small business.
