This started a problem that is apparently unsolveable. I wrote multiple polite emails both on chat and in email to ask for a corrected invoice for my company name. In the beginning, they replied. After having chatted with them, they asked me to write the same in email (why is there a chat then??). I wrote an email, they sent a link to some kind of an issue tracker website where I could not log in, my normal credentials did not work, password reset did not work, I'm pretty sure I didn't even have access to that issue tracker. I asked about this in email, never got any reply. Then I sent another inquiry, again, no reply at all. I STILL NEED A CORRECT INVOICE for legal compliance! Chatting is useless, also I'm now ignored in emails too, though up until recently I was patient and polite. Enough of that. While the service might be good technically (or not, actually, we cannot tell as there are no 3rd party assessments available), this level of incapable and/or unwilling customer service is totally unacceptable. I would cancel my subscription, had it not been paid for the year, and also that would still not solve my issue as my company spent the money, I NEED AN INVOICE. Pros The service works fine, lacks some convenience features, but it was ok for relatively secure file sharing. Cons Their so called customer service is a bad joke. Although the chat said someone would get back to me within 48 hours someone got back to me within one minute the first time I needed help. The second time was late on a Sunday night and I got a response within 2 minutes. I tried the free trial for about two hours and was sold on it. Pros I work with sensitive personal information and want to protect my clients from identity theft. Providing them a secure link to upload their information is critically important . Drop secure provides a link and then notifies me when my clients have uploaded their documents. Cons I was hoping to rename documents but that feature is not yet available. DropSecure allowed my office to share files with ease without the recipient needing to jump through several hoops to access the received files. Pros The ability to share large files securely. Cons Limited to 20 files at a time. We send crime scene photos and usually have to send 75-100 photos from one case, which translates to 4-5 emails for the recipient.
