Time is of the essence. We need information at our hands in order to comply with the requirements of the job. When we open a case, everything we've done i on it, is on the dashboard. With one click of the mouse, we can pull up communications with vendors we use, test results, feedback, messages, etc. Rather than see offenders weekly, we can monitor their progress, or lack thereof, as often as desired. It is especially useful in providing reminders to offenders to follow through. The "chat" help is prompt, courteous, and helpful instantly. High caseloads need a Court Works program. Pros Easy to use. Current. Allowing for vendors to post responses and issues is of benefit. Cons I expect the system to be flawless. I don't want to wait for anything. Requests for program ( our referrals to vendors) information must be instant. I get what I want from Ct Works.
