Previously we were only able to offer our exams, in person at a select testing location, once a year, now we are able to offer our exams monthly! She tailored the experience to our needs and stayed in regular contact, to help mitigate any issues. We are very impressed with Synap and hope to continue working with them for our annual testing needs. Pros Readily customizable on the development end. Easy to use. Helpful chat feature, when needed. Got great feedback from our examinees, who used the platform for educational testing. Cons I personally did not have any issues that were "cons". Reason for choosing Synap I'm not sure what other products were looked at, but we chose Synap because of the individualized service, attention to detail, reasonable pricing, and high level of professionalism.
