Pros

It is very easy to use and pretty much self explanatory. I have been using this software for more years than I care admit and it has always performed well for the web merchandising functions that I am involved with.

Cons

There has been times when a platform update or push causes some issues but I can usually get those issues resolved quickly working with the support team at MA.

Pros

Fairly easy to navigate. It is generally pretty responsive with little wait time.

Cons

Most of the reports have to be created for you. You can't generate a report that meets your needs without going through support and ultimately paying for it. The staging/production environment could stand to be reassessed. Our users tend to find work arounds for the limitations of the system.
