Owner Retail Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Multi Channel Listing and Inventory Management Software" January 3, 2020 5.0 Very easy to build, and or push products across multiple platforms. Basically you are building only one listing for all of your platforms huge time saver, plus it monitors your sales and will automatically adjust your inventory numbers on all the platforms you are selling. Prevents overselling, and is a massive time saver. Pros So easy to use, and constant tech support. There is a tech chat button on every page of the platform, just click it and in less than five minutes is a very patient tech support agent that will walk you through your issues. Premium product that allows you to import from the channel you have your inventory managed and the ability to import that stock to any sales channel. Plus you scan in the UPC and the app will build a listing for you. Also love the professional listing templates. Cons The only cons I can find are very petty, but I do like to be as complete as possible. The first con is that the woo commerce listing page only has on description area, there is no where to put a short description. Mercari & Poshmark platforms are not supported, but only one platform supports them and it is expensive, so I will stick with SellerChamp as the benefits of being able to prevent overselling and having all of my listings look PRO across all my selling platforms. Sixbit may be a great way to manage your eBay listings but if you want to include 4 sales platforms it becomes very expensive. Switched from [Web.com](https://www.capterra.com/p/151967/web-com/) ecomdash could not push product to my woocommerce store, there tech support was no help at all they blamed my woocommerce site. In addition to not being able to post to woo, you had to build the listing for every platform. So then I switched to Sellbrite, although they were able to list on Woo without error I found there listing manager does not support html, and again you had to rebuild the listing for every platform you wished to sell on. SellerChamp gave us multi-channel support, fast bulk uploads, and responsive customer service without the steep learning curve or high cost. Messing up prices and inventory numbers - the very think I am paying for! Pros Fairly easy to use once it is set up. However you will need help to do so. They are very quick to fix any issues that arise, and the customer service team is probably the best I've ever dealt with from just about ANY company, not just listing platforms! Pros So easy to use once you figure things out, customer service is top notch and very fast to respond! Best platform we've found! Very feature rich! Seamless multi-platform listing! Everything is pretty much in one place, which makes editing listings a breeze. Cons A bit of a learning curve when first starting out. Sometimes there are outages which can effect your business, but this is fairly uncommon. From first demo to onboarding, the SC team amazing to work with. We have connected all three channels Amazon, Walmart, Ebay during initial implementation and working on Shopify next. Listing products in marketplace channels is easy with SC pulling data from available sources as soon as we input a barcode, ASIN or manufg part# number. SC keeps our inventory sync and we use for order processing. It also connect with other solutions for shipping and fulfillment. We have tow different locations, we keep track of our inventory locations in SC too. Whenever, we have an issue their support team very responsive, if issue not resolved they follow up without we need to remind them. Overall very happy with the system. Since we start using SC our business efficiency improves, mistakes reduced and the team loving it. This is by far the best option to help keep items synced across multiple platforms and while it is still a chalenge and we are learning, it seems like it could be a benefit for in the auctions as well. Cons There are a few items that we have discussed about changing when it comes to downloading and removing html or creating packing slips that remove the quantity packed from inventory, which we discussed the removal of quantity work around for now.
