Customer service is very responsive and the tool is very easy to use. We are already seeing great results only 3 months in! Pros Very user friendly, customer support pages are actually helpful, integrations are easy to implement, built-in ad creation tool is (usually) very helpful Cons Sometimes the auto-created ads are formatted weird, and you can't reposition the image. I've chatted with 3 different reps, and each was extremely knowledgeable. Also, all three went above and beyond by providing additional tips after answering my question, AND following up with more tips in an email. Cons Some of the setup steps were not intuitive, but chat support guided me through it really quickly. Awesome. It's also fairly easy to edit these ads as well. Cons The analytics are a bit clunky and unclear at times. Lots of size options to fit all kinds of ad spaces. Adroll's customer service is also very good, with timely and personable responses. Cons However, the ad sizes are very clunky to maneuver in AdRoll's platform. For native ads, you need to upload one image for three ad sizes and delete the other two if they don't fit. This is not ideal for ads that contain text. Also, we weren't finding a lot of conversions with AdRoll -- they still try to take credit for the few "view through" conversions they deliver, but that number was still much, much lower that our other ad platforms. Also, customer support takes a long time to receive replies, which can be negative if you are running time sensitive campaigns. Pros Ease of use for Facebook purposes. Pros Love that you can input all the information and the system will pair different copy with different creative. It saves you a lot of time. You can see all of your bulk ads in one place. A clear and easy-to-use dashboard. Cons Not as functional or robust as the Facebook Ads Manager dashboard. Pros It is very easy to set up and start a retargeting camping. It integrates easily with Shopify. Very intuitive interface. Cons The cost charged by impression or click for retargeting is much more expensive than doing it directly on facebook or Google. I asked about this and they deactivated my account so I can't go back in and try to figure out how it happened. Vague explanation. I used this company years ago and saw some great results. I wasted a lot of money in a couple of days this time. Definitely burnt. Pros It looks easy to use. The toggle for campaigns seems self explainatory. Cons It's not easy to use.
