Mostly positive. Spacebring streamlines the day-to-day — from meeting room bookings to member management and one-day customer payments. The onboarding support gave us a great start. Pricing is the one area that gives us pause, but the value it brings keeps us on board. A solid choice for coworking spaces.

Pros

Spacebring has made running our coworking space much easier. We love how simple meeting room booking is — it just works, without any hassle. One-day customers can pay directly through the platform, so no more back-and-forth emails about bookings or chasing payments during the day. The onboarding experience was smooth too — the support team helped us set everything up correctly based on our specific needs, which made getting started stress-free. Member management and billing automation also save us a lot of admin time.

Cons

The main sticking point is pricing. For smaller spaces, the cost can feel hard to justify and more flexible pricing options would be welcome.

Literally five stars, across the board. They desire to learn from me, in regards to operational challenges, their constant desire to offer more value.

Pros

Without a doubt, what I personally like the most, is the incredible customer support. As an operator, any issues with my software, is a problem not just for me, but also for our customers, and they never ever let me down. They are just so incredibly reactive, ensuring I feel in very safe hands!

Cons

Initially, it was the inability to customise outbound confirmations for our clients, but that has recently changed, since I'm not sure there is anything I dislike right now!

We really appreciate Spacebring's approach, regular check-ins and adaptability. It is a an all inclusive platform for everything we need with our space management.

Pros

We appreciate most the personal approach from Spacebring's team. The transition from our previous platform was very smooth due to the team's assistance. They are very keen and helpful in solving problems and finding the best possible way of approaching issues.

Cons

There were some adjustments needed in adapting our mindset in the beginning. Maybe there are sometimes gaps for EU regulations that need to be adjusted, like EU VAT taxation, GDPR compliance etc. But we managed to solve these hurdles.

It is very user-friendly. I was a bit worried about switching from the previous program, but it is actually very easy to use. It’s great that the application is continuously being developed and tailored to our needs. The colleagues handle the issues and requests we report promptly and efficiently. :)

I cannot mention anything at the moment; everything is working well so far. We had one or two special requests due to the nature of our operations, but these were not issues or errors; they rather stem from the specifics of how we work, and these were always resolved as well.

Spacebring is the central tool to manage our space. The platform is reliable, customizable, and can be integrated well with other systems. Between the strong feature set, excellent support, and reasonable pricing, it’s one of the best in the market. I’m very happy with it and would highly recommend Spacebring to any organization looking for a modern, user-friendly space management solution.

What I like most about Spacebring its clean interface and that onboarding (non-IT) users is very smooth. All users liked the app and got acquainted quickly. Spacebring also offers decent customization options and an API, which made it simple to tailor the platform to our workflows. The overall the value for money is really good. Probably the most important thing is the team behind ist: I always get replies very quickly and they take our feedback very seriously.

Cons

Of course there are always things, that could be improved, but I don't have a large con to be honest. Whenever there have been bugs or room for improvement, the team was very quick to resolve it or implement the improvements.

VERY GOOD! They are a very dedicated team and fast learners - they really do an extra mile for the customer.

Pros

We like the energy of the team and their preparedness to develop new functions on the go. Once more customers feel a certain function would be useful, their team will be 100% on it and will deliver it most probably already in their next update. Also we like how good the web app looks and how much they care explaining new functions. Also getting their newsletter is a delight as they always find a way the deliver insights from the co-working industry. Always happy to receive their newsletter.

Cons

Not so much to say - everything we miss, they usually develop or they adapt their flows so it works for us.

We really appreciated the customer service and the platform’s rich features. The Spacebring team tracked our progress and made a real effort to make our launch as smooth as possible. The sales and support team are very available and reactive. Also the software answers exactly what we're looking for.

Cons

It's hard to navigate and find some features sometimes. Plus the French translation could be improved. Also, a bit expensive. We would be happy it it were 30-40€/month less, since we are in a small town.

TBH, managing my coworking space before Spacebring was never so easy. We like a simple interface in an app with all the features we need. We had different problems wirh members engagement in our space, but now our admins can communicate with members in 1:1 chats, create events and post some news in a feed. With all this and even more we always know what happens in our coworking space.

I have been using Spacebring software for few months already and I can't tell enough how setesfied I am! Spacebring was a game changer as I wanted to get rid of all the manuall hassel I had before, it helped me automate varius aspects of my coworking and lab space operations - making my life as a business owner easier and better as I can save my time. Spacebring transformed my coworking space operation to be faster, with higher members satisfaction and better subscription churn rate as I could offer more amenities and options for my members. I have compared all other similar softwares and in conclusion Spacebring is more complete, easy, and pleasant to use.

### "Ancards is the best decision we’ve made with our Coworking Business!"

Andcards has been a game changer for our coworking business. We are so thrilled we made the move and won’t be looking back or looking elsewhere. They have our business for as long as our doors are open!We are a new coworking business (1 year old) and initially went with Nexedus. We chose Nexudus based on claims online that it was one of the leading coworking softwares on the market. It was a disaster from the word go. Nothing about their software was easy, our members were constantly having trouble and we were forever getting emails or members coming to us with issues. We couldn’t imagine what it would be like if we scaled the issues we were having as our members grow. It came to a point where we knew it wasn’t us or our members it was Nexudus and things needed to change. We googled to see if anyone else was having the headaches and came across another company saying the exact same problems. They mentioned they switched to Andcards and couldn’t be happier so I got in touch with the Andcards team.After using it for four or more months, we can definitively say that we are extremely happy with the switch! The app is clear and easy to use for customers, so everyone knows how to book our services. There's no need for us to constantly answer customers' emails or help requests come in. Everything is fully automated and runs like a charm every single time. andcards has made running our business smoother than ever before!

Pros

You can’t get more user friendly than Andcards for both administrators and members. We love that as an administrator you can run everything from your app on your phone, you don’t have to have your laptop making it super easy to run the business on the go, respond or do administrative tasks anytime anywhere. The personalised app is professional and awesome, our members love it and do everything without needing any guidance, it’s intuitive and simple. The developers are constantly improving things and adding features that we didn’t even know we needed. They added an in app chat function recently so we can now directly chat with our members in the app and members can chat to other members. They also have a live chat with the developers so if we have an issue we use that to get help and assistance. The chat function and chat history of chat has minimised the need for emailing and keeps all the conversation history in one place. So many things to love about Andcards!

Cons

Having used the software for nearing 6 months or so now there are only a few minor things that we feel could enhance the user experience and administrative side of things. However that said we’ve already put in our requests with the team at Andcards and knowing how awesome and responsive they are I know it won’t be long before they make those little improvements. The team are really dedicated and passionate!

Nexudus was the most painful software I’ve ever had to deal with. The user experience was awful, never ending issues and bugs. Complicated and far from seamless.

### "Embassy Tea House review 2022 "

Overall, we are very happy with andcards service. Each time we email with a question or updates, they are always on the job and around to help and give us answers, we have manged to set up calls which have all been very successful. We look forward to working with andcards for a long future!

Pros

The best and most effective feature on the system is the room booking! This runs so smoothly, this is super simple and easy to use, runs perfectly, all tenants in the building are also able to use this with minimal training this makes the operations at Embassy Tea House less time confusing & manageable.

Cons

Our cons were not being able to get the data from andcards in an efficient way to report on. However, andcards have now altered the product and it we are able to get the data we need. There is a chance we may need to alter this in the future. As it stands we are happy with this update.

### "Easy and efficient work "

Pros

Andcards is a great management software for coworking comapanies such as ours. First of all, it helps us efficiently manage the daily rental of our conference rooms. The andcards’ desktop is very clear and easy to keep track of the schedule. Furthermore, the best advantage is the mobile app. It enables us to book a room from any place and at any time. So even if you are at home on a Sunday evening and you just remembered that tomorrow you have an important meeting, you can book the room straight away. Last but not least, the support team. They will help you with any issue you might have. And the best part is that you do not have to wait days for their answear. Usually they answear in a few minutes. To sum up, Andcards will help you organize your work in an efficient and very easy way.

Cons

There is not such a thing. Any problems I might have, the support team will help me solve them.

### "A great alternative to the big players"

My overall experience, from initial onboarding and setup, daily use and support has been exceptional. The customer support they provide is unlike anything I have ever experienced and I cannot rate them highly enough in this regard. I feel listened to as a customer and am constantly impressed at the lengths they will go to to improve their product based on customer feedback.

Pros

What drew me to andCards initially was the focus on member experience. Plus it had all of the features I was looking for in a coworking management system.

Cons

There have been a few limitations to the software however the team have been incredibly open to feedback and suggestions and are continually adding features and improving the product.

Reason for choosing Spacebring

I looked into all the big players and found they were either too complicated in their set up and/or too expensive. We are a small, regional coworking space and many of the software platforms are designed (and priced) for bigger enterprise.
