We are considering cloud options to address some of our painpoints. Pros My interaction with this application has been from a support perspective; of the application itself, its infrastructure, etc. From that perspective, there have been in my experience few things to like. I am hard pressed to list something here. Cons Installation / upgrade packages are very large; installation instructions do not match with actual steps being performed or suggested by vendor support and the application contains some 3rd party components that aren't directly supported by the vendor. I recommend to have the vendor directly and fully support their upgrades.
