Okay, not so great. As we have experienced with the other ATS tools

Pros

AI Candidate search is very good when compared to other ATS tools in the market.

Cons

UI of the ATS could be more efficient, as its the bit hard part in using

Best for recruitment as it made recruitment easy. It has all the feature which required for recruitment and also help you to reduce manual work. Best for resource outsourcing company and consultancies as they invest lot of time in recruitment so this make your work easy and effective.

Pros

This work on AI so it automatic filter the application on the basis of relevance which is best feature as we got filtered application who is matching with our profile and criteria. This help me to reduce so much manual work which I was doing earlier. It help you with complete recruitment process and also you can see details which is easy to understand and have detail specific.

Cons

Not cons but please come up with more HR function as AI help us to remove so much of manual work.
