Cons

Would like to see more worker management related features. That said it still has many more worker features than most other softwares.

Great! Other than customer service it would be 10/10!

Pros

Efficient and great software. Very user friendly and does everything to help our business.

Cons

Customer Service. When we first started - the service was great. Now it lacks. Wish we could just call and handle something in 5 mins. Most the time, I fill out a ticket - some odd emails / day later still not fixed.

Pros

There are so many pros. First being the overall response from the Event Office team when ever our company needs help. The support is great. The shear size of the program is amazing. I often joke that we probably only use 50% of the program. The great thing is there are a ton of youtube videos on the features so that you can find out about other features to use. I love the ease of use. We can train new employees in less than a day on the basics and they can start that day by inputting orders. I love that it is cloud based and can be accessed anywhere at anytime. My managers are constantly looking up information on their phones to make sure our employees have the best information possible. After reviewing many softwares available, I found Event Office to be the most complete and the support we have received with it is an added bonus. Their support is second to none.

Cons

Lack of RFID for tracking inventory but I do know Event Office is talking with EasyRFID about a possible integration.

I am able to pump out quotes quickly and efficiently. I can keep track of clients and see what equipment they have used and swapped out pieces so every event is different.

Pros

The software is very easy to use. Completely customizable and the support is phenomenal. All requests have been handled within 24 hours.

Cons

Certain features I thought I was going to use but have not. The worker management and scheduling has not been utilized throughout the pandemic.

I am very excited for this relationship and I am praying this is the right fit for my company.

Pros

The support is unmatched, they answer all of my questions without making me feel like a burden. If they don't know how to solve the problem they find someone who can. I also love that if the system doesn't have something they will work hard to create it for you.

Cons

They have a good start with the videos but some more training material would be helpful. A "getting started" checklist would be a great thing to start with. Sometimes it feels like "here is your system, not figure it out".

Event Office (EO) is very robust and constantly updating features to further develop the software. Our company has been associated with EO for many years and their responsiveness to updates and any fixes is phenomenal in comparison to experience with other software. New features like dynamic pricing recently developed provide useful tools to maximize earning potential for our business and equipment.

Pros

EO was developed for the interactive amusement rental industry. The inventory management and online tools provided through EO allow clients to book online and provides admin access for management and customer service. Communication with clients regarding everyday tasks can be automated to efficiently organize workflow and concentrate on the most important tasks.

Cons

For quantity based equipment like tables, chairs, linen or tents, EO has been developing better management but has struggled. There is a lot of set up associated with the software because it is so robust but customer service is helpful. Set up takes time and must be done correctly so functionality of advanced features works correctly.

This has seriously been a lifesaver for my business. My sales have increased. Time spent on the computer has decreased. The techs have done a wonderful job personalizing everything to fit my business.

Pros

After trying several, I like the ease of adding and subtracting inventory and customizing the inventory within the system to fit the needs of the business. The customer service and tech support are great at knowing the answers and getting the job done quick! Any time I've had to contact via phone or email I get instant response with the correct anser specific to my business. The price is absolutely worth it. My online bookings have increased since I switched to this software and I am free to run the rest of my business. Connected apps and support links are terrific at keeping everything in one spot .

Cons

There really isn't much that I don't like about this business. Everything is able to be modified to suit a particular business and customizable to fit personal needs and wants, so if at first look the software doesn't seem quite right, the tech team can help make it a better fit.

### "In's & Out's of EventOffice (or I will always refer to as I/O!)"

The software allows us to have real time looks at our inventory, especially consumable items! The consumable inventory system could use a few tweaks, but its a drastic upgrade from I/O in this department!

Pros

The new software streamlines the movement within a lead and this is very helpful. No more individual tabs and saving to move around the different parts of a lead. I can work with in the lead quicker and move to another. Overall loading of calendar pages and leads is SOOOO much faster!!

Cons

The most difficult part of the software is the inability (at least that I have found for now) to email individuals who might get added to a schedule later or just might be sending updates to certain individuals. The old system allowed a popup window of who you wanted to email, then from there you would decide who gets emailed and who does not!

Reason for choosing EventOffice

Well we chose Inflatable Office years ago over our current system as it allowed much more flexibility for our current business needs. Event Office was then our nature transition over upon release! Some of our folks still use the old system, or like myself, I find I like both as each one still offers a few unique advantages!

Our experience has been a journey with ups and downs. The EO team is very responsive and helps where they can to get our software working the way we like it. There have been times that our team has been frustrated, and there are still bugs that need to be fixed, but for the most part it's a great ratio of give/take. The only other thing that I think would be really awesome is update emails. I know that the information is usually posted on Facebook or emailed out to some people, but it would be awesome if an update email could be sent out BEFORE the update comes out to let us know what's coming (I don't check facebook very often so I never see the update posts on rentalpros).

Pros

The best part of working with EO is that they are adaptable to our needs. EO's team works with us to create pieces of the software that are integral to our operations and there is so much room for customization.

Cons

EO's knowledge base isn't the best - I think it would be awesome if we could have levels of experience in the knowledge base. I find that the answers in the knowledge base just graze the topic of discussion, giving a simple answer with not too much to work with. I also think a training manual would be cool for new people coming into the company that need a lay of the land before they can get started.

In the beginning it was a struggle to get what it was we needed and wanted from the product. The Event Office group has worked with us to get most of the stuff resolved

Pros

I like the fact that it is pretty much customizable for any business. It allows us to keep track of equipment and clients

Cons

Getting it set up was a little of a struggle. There are still some aspects that are not 100% where I want them but its workable

Event office provided us the ability to get moving fairly quickly. Although there were bumps in the road it is working better now
