The platform is easy to use, widely accepted, and offers strong security measures that build confidence when making or receiving payments. I particularly value the convenience of managing transactions, tracking payment history, and sending invoices from a single platform. Although the fees and occasional account review processes can be drawbacks, the reliability, ease of use, and global reach make PayPal a valuable tool for both personal and business financial transactions.

Pros

What I liked most about PayPal is its convenience and global acceptance. The platform makes it easy to send and receive money securely without sharing sensitive banking information. The user interface is intuitive, making payments, refunds, and account management simple even for non-technical users. I also appreciate the invoicing capabilities, buyer and seller protection features, and seamless integration with online stores and marketplaces. The ability to manage transactions from both desktop and mobile devices adds to its overall convenience. For businesses, it offers a professional payment experience that customers already trust.

Cons

One aspect I liked least about PayPal is the transaction and currency conversion fees, which can become expensive for frequent international users. Pros

Very reliable and straightforward platform. It's easy to manage and receive funds, send invoices, and completely free to use. It also has a wide range of support with third-parties so it is effective to integrate and use.

The cons aren't enough to keep me from using PayPal and the overall experience accomplished what I needed.

Pros

What I like most about PayPal is how it reduces friction in everyday payments. Once my account is set up, I don’t have to repeatedly pull out my card or retype long billing details. That small convenience adds up, especially when I’m shopping online frequently or checking out on different sites. It makes the whole process feel more streamlined and less interrupted. I also really value the security side of it. I like that I’m not directly sharing my card or bank information with every merchant. Instead, PayPal acts as an intermediary, which makes me feel more comfortable trying new stores or services. On top of that, the dispute resolution and buyer protection features give me some reassurance that if something goes wrong—like an item never arrives or doesn’t match the description—there’s at least a process for resolving it. Another thing I appreciate is how widely accepted it is. In many cases, I don’t even have to think about whether it will be available—it usually is. That consistency makes it feel like a dependable “backup” payment method, especially when I don’t want to enter card details on unfamiliar sites or when another payment method fails. There are also practical perks, like being able to send money to friends or handle small reimbursements without needing cash or bank transfers. It’s not always the cheapest option, especially with certain fees, but for convenience and familiarity, it tends to win out in my day-to-day use. Overall, I’d describe it as a tool I rely on more for ease and peace of mind than anything else—it removes small annoyances from online transactions and makes payments feel more predictable.

Cons

What I liked least about PayPal is how inconsistent the experience can feel when something goes wrong. The biggest issue for me is account holds or sudden limitations. Even when I’m just making normal transactions, it can be frustrating if a payment gets flagged and my funds are temporarily frozen while verification is requested. It can interrupt plans, especially if I’m expecting quick access to money. I also don’t love the fee structure. While basic personal use is often fine, fees can add up for certain types of transactions, especially business payments or currency conversions. It sometimes feels less transparent than I’d like when I’m trying to understand exactly what I’m being charged. Customer support is another weak point in my experience. When I’ve needed help, I’ve sometimes found it difficult to reach a quick, clear resolution. The process can feel a bit automated or slow, especially compared to the immediacy of the payment system itself. Finally, while it’s widely accepted, there are still occasional websites or services that don’t support it, which is a reminder that it isn’t truly universal. Overall, I still use it for convenience, but those reliability and support issues are what stand out most negatively.

Pros

I really like the invoicing page in PayPal. It makes tracking and sending invoices so easy. I love it for follow up and ease of use. It is made my expense management much easier.

Cons

I initially struggled with PayPal shipping. Once they updated it, it got a lot better. It seems like this product is going places.

I liked PayPal’s convenience, fast transactions, and secure payment system. It makes managing online payments simple and hassle-free.

Pros

The ease of which they allow transfer tonor from 3rd party account or cards and the options they now have to pool split raise funds and just over all transactions amongst your friends or business dealings

Cons

The difficulty you may receive from customer support sounding like bots with repeated responses and no direct answers to fix or solve issues

PayPal continues to be a very pleasant and seamless platform for me to make purchases and transactions for my small business.

Pros

PayPal is reliable and consistently trustworthy. I don't even think about some of my yearly subscriptions that continue seamlessly through renewals without interruption.

Cons

I really do not have a like least feature about PayPal. But I do stay on top of my transactions through them to confirm they are in sync.

Pros

Ease of use, access and security. We knew our client’s personal information are safe b/c it logs out after certain periods of time. Easy to track invoices, along with transactions.

Cons

Having to retype information we’ve seemed to have already input. Having to log in again after certain period. Perhaps allow users to use pins.

To be honest, I like PayPal it has been very convenient efficient the fees seem to be a bit excessive for when you deposit a check and then you have to transfer the check before I get my first length of money they have taken out 40 bucks

Pros

I don’t know why I was having issues before I think there was something going on with eBay I believe and it seemed like I had a big distrust for PayPal. I ended up paying the money that they were asking me just to resolve the issue. Also customer service has been very comprehensible.

Cons

I have this problem with every app, but logging on could be a bit of a hassle thank God I haven’t been locked out yet, but I think software systems you didn’t be aware of the problem that people’s number has changed all the time. Some people have the same number for like 30 or 40 years, but Landlines are long

Sencilla rápida y seguro los pagos se ejecutan al momento y te llega toda la facturación al correo es bueno.

Pros

Facilidad de uso, se enlaza rápidamente a los bancos y y cumple con los protocolos de seguridad, solo ocupas que te pasen el usuario y listo

Cons

Las comisiones que cobran, considerando que a veces solo se pasan 5 o menos dólares que te cobren un dólar no es retroactivo.
