It's great because it allows them to pay by any major credit card/debit card. It also now has "buy now pay later" and "pay installments" options, which is great for my clients. Pros Easy to use. Keeps invoices organized. Allows clients to pay by credit card, or to pay in installments. No charge for the system, it just deducts a fee from every credit card transaction. Great mobile app! Cons Every time I login, it asks if I want information on a PayPal Business Loan. And almost everyday, I get an email from them also encouraging me to apply for a loan. I get that they need to make money, but this is very annoying. I wish I could turn this off somehow. Cons One downside is that the transaction fees can be a bit higher than other platforms, which starts to add up if you’re processing a lot of orders. If I could make a comparison, Stripe is more practical and agile in this matter. Cons What I don't like is that there are many restrictions regarding the cards that can be used to pay. I have had multiple problems and complaints from my client that their card is not accepted by PayPal or perhaps they entered a number incorrectly and PayPal blocks the payment with their cards. It's a useful tool that I use daily to create quick and very secure invoicing because there's no insecurity when sending the link that's only for making the payment. Pros This tool, integrated into the PayPal application, makes it even more useful because without any accounting knowledge, I've managed to create professional-quality invoices to send to clients via email so they can make their online payments using the most convenient payment method. I like it because it's easy to learn, and when I have any questions, the support service is very quick to answer help tickets. It's also helped me ensure clients make payments securely with the link I share. It's an easy and secure process for them. For me, it helps me keep all my funds in my PayPal account. It's very secure and provides an excellent, fast payment method for each client. Also, to have a follow-up, from knowing if the client has already opened the invoice and if they made the payment. Cons In terms of function and quality, it's fine, but when there are too many payments, the commission can get a bit expensive, which has sometimes become uncomfortable. The amount discounted in commissions is so high. That's the only thing I don't like because everything else is done very well. I would like them to adjust the commission percentage.
