A learning curve on there is NON existent and if there is, customer support is literally right at your becking call anytime of day! The team collaboration at my place of employment has never been better with absolutely NO bugs and issues. It's great because it allows them to pay by any major credit card/debit card. It also now has "buy now pay later" and "pay installments" options, which is great for my clients. Pros Easy to use. Keeps invoices organized. Allows clients to pay by credit card, or to pay in installments. No charge for the system, it just deducts a fee from every credit card transaction. Great mobile app! Cons Every time I login, it asks if I want information on a PayPal Business Loan. And almost everyday, I get an email from them also encouraging me to apply for a loan. I get that they need to make money, but this is very annoying. I wish I could turn this off somehow. It's a useful tool that I use daily to create quick and very secure invoicing because there's no insecurity when sending the link that's only for making the payment. Pros This tool, integrated into the PayPal application, makes it even more useful because without any accounting knowledge, I've managed to create professional-quality invoices to send to clients via email so they can make their online payments using the most convenient payment method. I like it because it's easy to learn, and when I have any questions, the support service is very quick to answer help tickets. It's also helped me ensure clients make payments securely with the link I share. It's an easy and secure process for them. For me, it helps me keep all my funds in my PayPal account. It's very secure and provides an excellent, fast payment method for each client. Also, to have a follow-up, from knowing if the client has already opened the invoice and if they made the payment. Cons In terms of function and quality, it's fine, but when there are too many payments, the commission can get a bit expensive, which has sometimes become uncomfortable. The amount discounted in commissions is so high. That's the only thing I don't like because everything else is done very well. I would like them to adjust the commission percentage. November 21, 2018 5.0 I personally enjoy it, I feel fully protected as a seller of goods and feel like the customer support is string and I can turn to them with any questions or concerns. Pros PayPal Invoicing is pretty easy to use and they have great service if there is an error. Once you apply an email if they are a registered PayPal user the address of whom you are invoicing will pop up making room for less error when shipping products, also you remain protected in the event a buyer has an incorrect or non updated address. PayPal allows both the seller and buyer to be protected as their customer service is typically very good when there is an issue and a case needs to be open. As an owner of a small online business I typically will only use PayPal invoicing for my transactions as I feel more confident and protected with their services. Their fees are very reasonable in cost and do not limit you much when it comes to expenses, they also have a shipping feature directly through their service that I have found to be for smaller items the best around, as the cost of shipping continues to increase greatly it feels as if PayPal still offers the better deal. With in a period of time using their invoicing services I was offered a debit card which I found to be a great addition to their services, I no longer have to transfer profits in the event I do not want/ need to and can just use the card as a regular card, although their transfer fees are also inexpensive one method continues to be free to transfer your funds. I feel the invoicing is very easy to use and have had zero issues with it to date. Cons I do not like the fact that you cannot use it via the application that is not a business account, I have seen a few complaints with other small business owners/ sellers about this. I feel it should be available on all forms of their applications, as not everyone that has enough transactions actually runs/ owns a business, sometimes it is just a one time ordeal. It has saved me a ton of time in processing invoices and payments with my constantly revolving personal training client contracts. Pros What I like most about the PayPal Invoicing software is that I can electronically send an invoice to a personal training client within minutes. I have many clients weekly and they are all on different contracts. There are 2-week, 30 day and 45 day contracts. Therefore, I need to be able to quickly create and send new invoices to clients as their contracts expire. PayPal Invoicing allows me the opportunity to renew invoices from anywhere at any time. Cons The only issue I have had with PayPal Invoicing is when I first started using the product, my first client payment was placed on hold for a week, because it was a large amount and they needed to do an additional verification process. And another advantage is that Paypal often gives me a reward claim of $ 5 for free. Pros I've had a PayPal account for a long time and have used the Paypal Invoicing facility since 2009, long story short, I accidentally got a job contract with a modeling agency from Australia. I can still work from home and suggested to them to allow me to use the Paypal Invoicing facility as a term payment method. And it got a positive reception from their side. Our contract runs for approximately one year and thanks to Paypal Invoicing, I can see the progress of my earnings every month, control new and overdue Invoices, and remind them back. Cons For new account registration, the verification takes quite a long time, maybe it can be said that it is reasonable because Paypal prioritizes the security and authenticity of the data for each customer. And to achieve Unlimited transactions takes quite a long time. Usually, the provisions for new accounts will definitely get a transaction limit.
