Pros Recently got exposed to PayPal Invoicing - didn't know about it before. It's a really easy and simple way to send invoices to clients/customers through Paypal. This gives them the receipt and they can pay right through Paypal - keeping it safe. Cons I wish there could be some more details in the receipt but honestly it's pretty good as is and I would definitely recommend it for small businesses or people who do a small amount of sales. We have continued to use for over 5 years now. Pros We have found it tremendously helpful to use PayPal Invoicing to help manage larger and custom order payment processing. It has been very helpful to allow people to pay for orders online, and not having to have PayPal in order to pay invoices online. Cons Paypal does that a % of the sale, simliar to a credit card processing fee. If we collected checks or cash we would essentially bring in more. Pros This is super easy to use and I’ve found most clients know how to use PayPal already- and many already have PayPal accounts outside of my business. Cons I don’t really see any drawbacks. December 3, 2018 5.0 Quick and painless! I will definitely continue to use PayPal Invoicing. Pros I just recently began using PayPal invoicing after utilizing other methods for the last few years, and there are so many things that I like about it. It is one of the most user-friendly programs I've ever encountered. The layout is so simple that within five minutes, I felt completely proficient. I love that it is customizable, allowing the user to choose which type of payment structure they prefer. It also takes the guesswork and math out of the process (if you are applying taxes, for example). I appreciate the privacy involved (i.e., there is an option to hide your contact info on the invoice). The turnaround time was also much quicker than expected. Cons I dislike the service fees involved in processing my invoice as I am losing out on funds. I found myself liking a different product better because it does the offline taking of payments better along with invoicing. Pros It is great to send a customer an invoice and allow them to pay it online. Cons The fees are a pain, but they are unavoidable when taking credit cards. They are on par with similar services. It is easy to set up your account (whether or not it’s Checking or Savings) on it and it easily connects the invoices to that account. PayPal also has amazing customer service. I have used their customer service numerous times for issues out of their control and they have always rectified the issue in a timely manner. Cons I had a few experiences where PayPal would freeze. I have spent the last two weeks working with Customer Service and they have been absolutely no help. Just tell me to keep waiting........ Cons The fact that I never received the payment from the invoice and that the customer support was so, so, so, so bad. Also, I was charged a fee for this terrible experience.
