It's very convenient to use Paypal Invoicing, my invoice payment schedule is more organized and controlled. And another advantage is that Paypal often gives me a reward claim of $ 5 for free.

Pros

I've had a PayPal account for a long time and have used the Paypal Invoicing facility since 2009, long story short, I accidentally got a job contract with a modeling agency from Australia. I can still work from home and suggested to them to allow me to use the Paypal Invoicing facility as a term payment method. And it got a positive reception from their side. Our contract runs for approximately one year and thanks to Paypal Invoicing, I can see the progress of my earnings every month, control new and overdue Invoices, and remind them back.

Cons

For new account registration, the verification takes quite a long time, maybe it can be said that it is reasonable because Paypal prioritizes the security and authenticity of the data for each customer. And to achieve Unlimited transactions takes quite a long time. Usually, the provisions for new accounts will definitely get a transaction limit.

As a Small Business Consultant, Bookkeeping, Full Service Payroll and Income Tax Preparation are just some of the services I provide to small businesses and self-employed independent contractors. I require the ability to invoice my clients in various ways in accordance with the terms and conditions defined in their specific retainer contracts. PayPal Invoicing fits my needs so well that I have chosen to use it instead of invoicing features included in QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Wave Accounting, Freshbooks or any other accounting software solution. Best of all, using PayPal Invoicing in conjunction with my PayPal for Business mobile app and PayPal Business Card has enabled me to eliminate the delays in receiving payments from my clients that result from all of those other options.

Pros

Invoices are easy to create, submit and track. Default settings and multiple templates can be configured for easier invoicing and recurring invoices can be setup too. Get the PayPal for Business mobile app and a PayPal Business Card and you have the absolute quickest process to invoice your clients/customers and receive payment immediately, from anywhere. No more waiting days to receive a deposit into your bank account. As soon as your invoice is paid, you can withdraw the funds from an ATM, request a cash withdrawal and pick it up at your nearest Walmart, or simply pay for goods and services directly with your PayPal Business Card.

Cons

Multiple options for payments terms to choose from, but no custom option available. For example, standard terms like Net 30 available, but no way to enter custom payments terms like Net 5 (nothing fewer than 10 days available).

This has been a good experience in using this Invoice system. I will continue to use PayPal invoicing as long as the fees stay low enough.

Pros

PayPal is well recognized and secure. My clients feel comfortable using PayPal versus Venmo or other products. I am also very happy with the security PayPal offers.

Cons

I wish the fees that PayPal takes out for payments wasn't so high. It seems that every year they are increasing the fees by a small percentage that has added up over the years!

My overall experience with PayPal invoice is great I use it a lot day to day sending my customers the even tip me 50% of the time because I always enable that feature along with partial payment to customers I do business with over a period of time

Where to start with how much I love PayPal invoice, as a business owner who always sending out invoices to customers I should say PayPal invoice is so so incredibly that it’s revolutionary it as every thing plus it’s free doesn’t matter how many invoices you create in a day it’s free, another feature I love is how you customers can tip the seller that’s awesome and another feature which is incredible is the partial payment options which the sell can control on his terms that’s magic If the seller I trust the buyer the seller can allow partial payment to the buyer PayPal invoice is genius

Cons

What I least like about the feature is nothings it’s really great PayPal really put in a lot of work in this feature for sellers which to me is great and any one review something bad about PayPal invoice is lying through their teeth….

Has been seamless so far, and worth the small percentage Paypal retains for processing a credit card. Easy to create invoices, manage invoices, and to transfer payments directly to my business bank account. Clear re4cords for tax purposes.

Pros

Creating invoices for services is made more convenient for them by sending Paypal invoices. I generally email clients a detailed accounting of time spent and services rendered, then follow with the simple Paypal invoice. They're happy with the job,. They see and understand the specifics of their bill. They can easily pay with credit card immediately. I generally get paid faster and most clients prefer the fast and easy way to settle their bill. I also get reminded by Paypal when an invoice has not been paid, so I can follow up with the client to see if there's an issue with the invoice, or to arrange an agreed payment schedule if they are unable to pay in full.

Cons

Some clients think they need to have a Paypal account that has been funded by transfer of money before they are able to pay through Paypal. It is sometimes necessary to instruct them on how to use the "pay with credit card" option. Would be nice if Paypal made this clearer on the payment interface.

Excellent, not a single complaint. If they havent cancelled my account i would still be using it today.

Pros

Ease of use and very well organice invoices are the core of paypal invoices. I really enjoy the simplicity and efficacy.

Cons

Nothing to complaint here other than if you for some reason make a mistake or they think you did they are not on the very explicative side. Nothing to do with their features which are great.

I stopped using this as my primary platform due to the inconsistency and ability to be confident that I would receive my money when I was paid in a prompt manner, having to wait sometimes 21+ days to have funds released when they are requesting the same documents you've previously provided them.

Pros

I love how easy it is for clients to use makes it super convenient to utilize for payment.

Cons

The way paypal will decide when to hold funds even when they have the same paperwork on file that they are requesting. This becomes unreliable for the service provider.

A very easy way to send invoices whether it is a one off invoice or regular one. It is easy to keep track of them.

Pros

Invoices can be customised for different scenarios. They are easy to create and save and I can use my business account logo and name on them. It is also easy to see past invoices and work in different currency and convert to GBP.

Cons

There isn't anything I don't like about invoicing using PayPal. Everything needed is included and all easy to use.

Pros

I have used Paypal as a purchaser and a seller and it makes everything simpler. I like that they also help you with any dispute issues or if you need to make a dispute, they are likely to get your money back. Paypal is trusted by many and I am more likely to purchase from a company if they offer to payout with Paypal.

Cons

When invoicing someone without a paypal account it does make it harder because a lot of people miss the part where you can check out with a debit so it delays the payment process a little because you have to help them through it.

I use PayPal invoicing weekly for general invoicing as well as payment plans. It allows for reminders and allow you to track everything for tax purposes.

Pros

The simplicity of set up and use allows you to use it immediately to send your first invoice.

Cons

The mobile application is not as versatile as the desktop version and has less features.

I like everything I love that u can customize ur invoices w ur logo plus name & info, u can do 1 time billing or reaccuring, send quotes, lots of payment options, u can even add a description to each item,, plus u can send reminders 2 then about paying, they can also tip u if they'd like, it's easy 2 pull up ur invoices they have them organized 4 u & they have the best customer service they r very fair & wk quickly 2 resolve any situation it truly a game changer 4 keep up w ur sales & handling billing ur customers!!!

I liked it so much I paid for the actual version after my trial and I’ve been using it ever since. I’ve used Paypal for over a decade and I found that it’s one of the most easiest programs when it comes to money to use. I won’t use anyone else.

Pros

I like that this was so easy. It makes my business flow so much easier when this is taken care of. I would highly recommend.

Cons

It's the most reliable payment system in the world, however, there are many things to be improved, which I honestly don't think PayPal will work on any time soon... Maybe at all.

Pros

PayPal is easy to understand, easy for everyone to use and learn in almost no time. What I like about it the most is that it's pretty smooth and fast. I used it for both business and individual purposes and I liked the ease of the process, regardless of what I did. I haven't found any issues with receiving money or transferring money from PayPal to my card. I used the invoicing tool to request payment and it went very smooth and fast. I've also used it to send money, and I haven't found issues with it. However, there might be a few things to be mentioned when we talk about room for improvement.

Cons

Charge-backs are definitely a thing to mention when we talk about the cons of PayPal. PayPal isn't the greatest choice for certain types of business (drop-shipping is an example). Also, taxes are ridiculous and not easy to understand. At some point, PayPal would be awesome for your business at a certain size, but if your business got bigger, you'd definitely need another option that'd be more cost-friendly, even if not as reliable as PayPal.

Overall, I trust PayPal and PayPal invoicing. I've been using it for over 7 years and never had a problem or issue whatsoever. It's easy to use if you can follow instructions, fast, and has some decent customization options, enough to make a confident brand for yourself.

Pros

You can definitely trust PayPal invoicing. It's one of the more robust systems that I have access to right now since other better options aren't available in my country yet however, PayPal invoicing is easy to use, visual enough for you to know and see everything you need, and you basically get paid.

Cons

Limited customization options, some limitations with scheduling, but these are just minor problems that don't need to be fixed immediately.
