I fill alot of invoices on Paypal and it really simplifies my life and work.

Pros

I really enjoy making invoices so fast and simply with Paypal Invoicing. You just have to add some information on a pre-made template and that´s it. And you can use different types of currency. In addition to that, you have full record of all the transaction you made.

Cons

They need to add more currencies. And taxes information may vary for other countries, so it´s difficult to fill that info.

The experience I have with Paypal is wonderful because it has allowed me to save time when making purchases, sending money and receiving

Pros

I like the Paypal software because it allows me to do it easily, quickly, from anywhere and only with email, without the need to always fill in various data, receive, buy and send money

Cons

Actually, from my point of view, there is nothing I don't like about the software because it is very fast, practical and helps to carry out different activities in real time since the action we carry out is instantly reflected

Reason for choosing PayPal Invoicing

Because it is an excellent software that contains good quality tools, it allows me to carry out actions in so few steps that would take much longer with other applications or software and in other cases, it would not be instantly the expected result to carry out the activities. or last actions that are wanted with one of these software

Pros

What I'd like most regarding on this software is you don't have a hard time in making your invoice since it is already there in this software, all you need to do is just input amount and send.

Cons

What I'd like least is if you don't have enough balance on your account you can't make to send.

In general, I have done very well with the platform and the most profitable thing is that currently Paypal can connect with many other online platforms to receive your payments smoothly and very fast, plus you can withdraw minimum balances, which does not happen in other platforms that sometimes require you to have a certain amount to be able to make a withdrawal.

Pros

It is a very easy-to-use platform, and you can send and receive money from anywhere in the world without any inconvenience, which makes your life easier and untangled in an instant when it comes to international or local transfers.

Cons

I would say that one of the drawbacks of the platform is the customer service, it is very difficult to connect with them.

Very good app tied in with the business side of my PayPal and my personal. You can create invoices and sell the customer and they can pay you.

Pros

You can quote a customer. You can bill and invoice through where they're paying you on PayPal where you're wallet is And they kind of separated from the personal and the business aspect of PayPal.

Cons

I'm still trying to figure out how to delete an invoice that I created by mistake.

Cons

I love PayPal and have used PayPal for over 5+ years for my business. Even when I tried new stuff I always made my way back to PayPal.

Pros

I love the fact that I can create and save templates for invoicing. I have several different templates saved for different services. I also love the fact that I can use this platform on my phone as well. Makes creating invoices a breeze. Also the option now to add a tip on the invoice and minimum payment as well.

Cons

There is nothing really to complain about with this invoicing app. Its easy to use.

I love Paypal and I love their invoicing services, I use them pretty much every day and sometimes multiple times a day and it is for sure the only invoicing platform that I like to use.

Pros

I love this service and us it every day! It is a life saver and much preferred over random invoices that I send to reps for payment as the PayPal Invoicing keeps track of my invoices for me and just streamlines the process making it much simpler and easy to keep up with.

Cons

Nothing at all. I love this platform for invoicing and it is my go to as it is super easy to use and is a wonderful addition to the many wonderful services that PayPal provides.

As a small business owner Paypal invoicing has helped me easily create and send electronic invoices while tracking all of my financial information. I also like how professional it appears when it is sent to my clients. They are given an easy to view email that directs them to the payment options.

Cons

I do feel they have a high percentage fee they take from each invoice, so I have had to adjust my pricing to accommodate for this.

Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about it. I've never had a problem using Paypal invoicing. If I ever have an issue, their customer service is superior.

I have been using the invoicing feature of Paypal for quite some time now and it has been working really well. The clients have been able to pay and i have been able to make invoices and get manual payments aswell as online payments.

Pros

I like the ease of use and the brand reputation makes it a good choice. Paypal has been around for so long and it offers the right features for the right cost.

Cons

Even that it is easy to use you need to have paypal or card to pay the invoice. It is a bit limited payment sources if i should find something.

PayPal invoicing has been here for our business since we first started out. I am excited to see when they roll out new features that make using the software easier for me as a business user and easier for our clients. There's options like installment payments, you can now create an estimate without sending an invoice, and you have access to all your invoices, whether they were paid or unpaid.

Pros

I like the PayPal invoicing because it can be totally customized for your business, including all the contact information, physical address, and an image for your logo. Making your invoices completely branded for your business. The software is easy to use, creating and sending an invoice happens all on the same page. You can even choose to NOT send your invoice and print it instead, which is great for customers who may change their mind and decide to pay outside of the PayPal platform.

Cons

The invoicing feature has come a long way since our first use of it in 2016. Since then there have been many changes that make the invoicing feature more customizable and fits more needs than just an invoice.

I chose PayPal because I had previous experience with them and they have great fraud protection for customers and business users.

I used PayPal invoicing when I got started with my online business, but I quickly realized I needed to scale up to something different. After a year of dreading my invoicing solution, I moved on and set up something that works better for me.

Pros

PayPal's invoicing feature is free, so that puts it ahead of most of the competition on the market. But it also offers a pretty simple system that doesn't mesh well with complex operations with lots of products on offer. Retyping invoice items quickly becomes tiresome.

Cons

There are no customization options, no backend to add frequently added items to your invoices. For example, selling candles online in 4oz, 8oz, 12 oz, get ready to add each item by hand instead of being able to select those values and customize as needed for that invoice.

PayPal Invoicing because it provides a professional way to ask our clients to pay for our services. You can create the invoice with a few clicks and send to clients emails to facilitate convenient payment from any location. We use it to bill clients and prompt them to make payment for our services. The clients don't need to study learn how to use it because it is straightforward. They can send money from their credit or debit card straight to our PayPal account.

Pros

I like PayPal Invoicing because it combines invoicing and payment processing aspects. The invoice email also offers the client an option to click a link and send money from the PayPal or a debit/credit card. I also like it because it leaves a section for clients to add a tip above the invoice amount. The invoice layout is easy to understand and customize. You can even add a logo to customize the invoice.

Cons

PayPal support takes time to respond to messages sent through the contact us page. Sometimes PayPal holds money from clients for some time before it is available for use, causing inconveniences. The client has the power to raise claims with PayPal and get refund and your account balance will be deducted until you solve the issue.

I run a small shop and searched and search for a way to send invoices and save products for easy Invoicing. I finally found PayPal and haven't looked back. I love that you can get cash off easily at Walmart. Sending invoices and receiving payments is done with ease and I hav Had zero issues with it so far!

Pros

I like paying my bills at the end of the day after everything is done. I want to be able to focus on just one task which I can do from my phone. I use PayPal Invoicing which has helped keep things simple. I’m happy that I can complete this task instantly without headaches. The best part is that Paypal Invoicing provides receipts or invoices which enables me to keep track of the payments rendered. I don’t have to keep going back and forth to check. I save all the invoices in one folder that way I know all my bills are paid for that month.

Cons

I don’t have a problem with PayPal Invoicing and have not encountered any issues or concerns. The transaction are secured and you can just link it to your bank account with no hassles.

Overall, this is a good solution if you are sending less than 20 or so invoices per month. After that, you'll want to use another program or integrate with other tools to make collecting payments easier.

Pros

I love how easy it is to send invoices and track payments with Paypal. The invoices are easy to customize, and there is an easy way to send a reminder of an unpaid invoice. From a customer perspective, I also love how easy it is to pay your invoices. I also love that Paypal allows you to set up recurring payments, which many invoicing methods do not.

Cons

I wish there was a way to "name" invoices so to speak, so that when you are looking at the list of recent invoices, you can easy find the one you need. (right now you just see the invoice number and email address). I also wish Paypal gave you a way to pay for and print multiple shipping labels at once. One at a time is tedious and wastes paper.
