What i dont like is sometimes an invoice gets rejected or payments get on hold. customer support is never so helpful

When you are so busy in your musical creations and working to sell it around the world, invoicing and selling for you in PayPal you have one of the most appreciate associate your can have, winning your time.

Cons

For new clients never use it before it is very difficult, but we must not forget this is life and after first experience they will be happy to have it in their lives. It's like when you pay in a store and seller makes you invoicing, that's single like that.

I like that this does not allow me to spend money that I do not have. In addition, I can get some help with it.

I do not like that there are things I cannot change, like the sizing of the font on what was made.

The customization of invoices is great. When I train clients back to back, I can just select a template that I did, type their name and their info populates for me. Just hit send and you're done!

Cons

I have no complaints. It's easy to use, and I get my money with no issues.

Reason for choosing PayPal Invoicing

I got tired of calling Quickbooks to find out where my money was. It was rejecting my payments from clients for no apparent reason. Paypal is easy and I get my money on time. When I transfer to my business account, it just takes a day and I have it.

Que puedo enviar mi factura a mis clientes para que ellos me puedan pagar en linea y sobre todo es muy facil usarlo ya que necesitas tener solo una cuenta de paypal que te puedes registrar con tu correo.

Creo que Podrian Mejorar un poco en la parte de la transaccion ya que podrian cobrar un poco menos la tarifa ya sea para los diferentes tipos de monedas.

We have been using this for many years and have never had issues besides customers occasionally already having a paypal account they no longer use.

Pros

Ease of use, pop in the customers email, work up the invoice and send it to them, paypal takes care of the rest!

Cons

Sometimes if the customer uses an email already tied to a paypal account it may make them try to log in first.

I've been using PayPal to invoice clients for years. It's also been a great tool to help me reconcile my own records and catch errors. It works well for my needs, but I'm not sure how practical it would be for very large businesses.

Pros

It's clean, simple, and straightforward to use. I like that I can send the same invoice to multiple recipients. It keeps tracks of the invoices to you can look them up by name, email, paid, unpaid, etc. I like that I can resend invoices and make sure they're not resent to the same person who recently received a reminder. You can edit the invoices at anytime as well. You can also manually set them as paid from outside sources, in case you were sent a check etc. No complaints from clients. An easy way to receive electronic payments for services.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to brand the invoices that go out a bit more. A few more options to re-organize and customize items in he invoice would be nice too, but these are minor preferences. Ultimately, it meets my needs well.

From the ease of creating a new invoice, to the ease of keeping track of open, closed and past invoices, Paypal Invoicing gives you the tools that make payments for your business easier. The invoice can be as descriptive as you want for your business because they have all the options there if you need them but you can also leave it vague if you don't have all those details which is different than other platforms that force you to fill them in. This is a tool that takes the stress off of invoicing.

Cons

The fees can seem a bit hefty, but you know they are there when you go in so you make peace with them and realize the fees are the worst part, but all the best parts make it worth it.

I use the invoice capability when doing business. I mostly use invoice for people I 've built a relationship with whether they pay me at the time of service or not. I've used Paypal invoicing for the past 3 years and have not had any issues with it.

Pros

I like it because it's easy to use for my business. I am able to link it to other accounts and it is very useful when I sell online or in person, but I typically use my card reader.

Cons

Customer Support can sometimes be daunting. Sometimes, I don't get a response as quick as I need it.

Reason for choosing PayPal Invoicing

So that I will be able to provide services to more than one populations. A lot of people don't have other transaction mediums: Venmo, CashApp, etc...

This software is super easy and convenient. It is also very professional when needing to send an invoice

Pros

I love that this lefts me do customizable billing for my customizable items. It allows my customer to pay a deposit then the remainder when the item is complete. Love love this option. The pay partial payment is nice when they have a large order (like a cheer team)….. they can pay a portion for me to get started and the rest before I send the items.

Cons

There is nothing that I don’t like about this program. It easy to use and gives me all the options I need.

Being able to use PayPal invoicing is important in my business because it allows me a quick way to receive money if I am not local to the consumer. My overall experience is positive and I will continue to use.

Pros

What I like most about pay pal invoicing is the connivence of being able to send money to anyone, even someone who doesn't live in the same country. It is easy for the consumer to complete the transaction.

Cons

What I like least is that if you invoice a person or company, it charges you a fee. It does not allow you to send as friends and family if done by invoicing. If this is a regular client or someone you know, I feel like that should be an option.

Overall, it has helped my business by helping me keep track of my payments. On who has and hasn't paid me. I've never had any issue with sending an invoice to someone and having them pay it.

Pros

It's so easy to use and comes from a trusted name. You can easily add your logo. All the invoices look the same. Anyone can pay the invoice. You don't have to have special software to do it so you can send your invoice to anyone. It's so easy to keep track of what has and hasn't been paid. Everything is clean looking and organized. You can send reminders to those that haven't paid. It's easy to show a break down of the invoice.

Cons

Sometimes it's not worth it to use when the transaction is so small and the fee so large. Getting the cash can take a minute as it's not available as soon as the invoice is paid.

I wanted a very expensive item from Facebook Marketplace to enhance my music business. The seller lived across the united states, so there was no way to meet face to face. He did suggest that we use Paypal Invoice for the purchase, so that it could hold record for the transaction. I immediately solidified Paypal Invoice's importance after this transaction

I've not only used this feature for sending invoices, but I've used it for receiving invoices as well! It helps to use this program for all of your invoice needs. What I love about it is that the interface is simple: Create what you need it for, and its pretty straightforward. The fact that it's a service from Paypal makes me more confident and secure when using it. I've used other programs, and Paypal has been the best choice for me. Less frustrations, and more security.

Cons

There isn't much bad things I can say about Paypal invoice, but I've been introducing it more to people in this last year. Most people know about paypal, but not invoice. So maybe creating more awareness through ads and things would help.

The ease of use made Paypal invoicing easy and I use it often. Having the Paypal brand attached gives customers a sense of trust too which is an added comfort for consumers.

Pros

Paypal invoicing was super easy to set up, very user intuitive and a quick solution to get online invoicing taken care of quickly and to get paid easily.

Cons

Some of my clients prefer to pay by way of check or transfer so they don't use Paypal which means I have to use an alternative product for those clients.

I use Paypal invoicing as well as another online product I like having the option to use whatever software works best for my clients.

The ease of use. Saves all my contact information and basically fills the invoice out for me after I put all the information In during the 1st invoice.

Cons

That it sometimes becomes a hassle when a customer does not pay the invoice, also when someone receives an item true to sale description and they are just trying to get over on the seller. The information and amount of stuff you have to do in order to prove your case is sometimes annoying and overwhelming. Especially when you are a reputable seller
