Today I don't use it as often because the tax is to high. Pros What I like about this software is the professionalism. How everything is just set right up for you and all you have to do is fill in the blanks. Customize every single detail even enter your services with their prices for faster invoicing. Cons PayPal taxes are fairly high. They take a certain percentage from every payment you receive, no matter the amount. It's not perfect but overall, it is a ideal for transferring money. If you don't mind the fee with it then you might not have any issues with PayPal. Pros Regardless of what size your business might be, PayPal is an excellent way to transfer money and receive it. It's very straight forward on how to set things up. The great part about PayPal is you can download the app on mobile devices. You can then review your subscriptions that might be recurring on multiple platforms. Cons I believe that one of the things that I dislike most about PayPal is the transfer fee if you would like for the money to show up instantly in your bank. I get the fact that PayPal has it where you can wait for free for a few days and it shows, but sometimes I need it instantly. I've never had one problem or issue while using PayPal invoicing. In my experience, it's simple and easy - and the fact that it comes with a premade invoice template makes the entire process seamless. You can print off invoices once paid for tracking and documentation, which is always helpful. If you use the mobile app, you can receive notifications once the invoice is sent and once paid. It is so much easier than going by the ATM. It saves time. Pros What I love the most about this software is that it is safe and easy to use. The ability to accept multiple types of currency is great also. I can transact everything using my SmartPphone. It immediately sends me a notification that payment has been rendered. It also sends an automatic email to the recipient. I don’t have to do anything extra aside from this. Cons I noticed that the international payment fees are costly and wish they could eliminate or reduce these fees. Pros Pay Pal is very easy to use. I like the majority of the features offered. I use the invoicing, Pay Pal accepts payments on my behalf, I also ship with Pay Pal. It is really easy to use, and you can customize it and make it look really professional. Invoices can be created on any device and sent via e-mail to the customer and in case they prefer the paper invoice , you are allowed to save that invoice as a pdf file to print it. December 20, 2022 5.0 I am able to receive payments from international clients without any difficulty and payments reflect instantly. Pros Paypal invoicing is easy. It can take less than 3 minutes to send an invoice to a client wherever they are. But the inability to integrate other banks except for FNB in South Africa turns me off. Cons There are features that are still missing. PayPal only support one Bank in South Africa which is FNB. Other banks are not supported.
