Two years into production, that decision has proven correct. Pros The quality of Razorpay's support documentation means that a majority of our queries are self-resolved before we even raise a ticket. Their error code reference, API best practices guide, and public changelog are all actively maintained. When we do contact support, agents work from the same documentation base, which means no time is wasted re-explaining context. In two years of production usage at meaningful transaction volumes, every support ticket we raised was resolved at first contact. That is a strong track record and one we have not seen matched by other payment infrastructure providers we evaluated, including Cashfree and PayU. Cons Advanced audit reporting for compliance and reconciliation purposes could surface more detail within the product dashboard itself. We occasionally contact support to get settlement breakdowns that would be more efficiently accessed through self-serve reporting. You can't even update basic personal info, like your business picture, contact number, or WhatsApp details. Customer service? Non-existent—they ignore every request.
