Razorpay is hands-down the worst payment gateway I've ever used—nothing works after registration. No payment process via the WordPress plugin. No payments in Indian Rupees. No payments in other currencies. No payments via quick payment links—absolutely nothing functions. You can't even update basic personal info, like your business picture, contact number, or WhatsApp details. Customer service? Non-existent—they ignore every request. Razorpay isn't just the worst payment gateway; it's the worst online service period. I deleted my account after this total disregard. And honestly, support response times could definitely improve during peak traffic periods that's when you need them most. Multiple emails were sent and even the email which stated that within one week if no transaction occurs it would be deactivated was sent to them. After wasting all our time, they send a email stating since the pos transaction has not ocurred for more than 3 months its TID is deactivated and cannot be reactivated. Pros Sorry should not have a single star, its a useless company wasting its customers time, with incompetent employees unable to attend any concerns. Cons Having incompetent staff and wasting time of its customers since more than 4 months with multiple complaint tickets leading to financial losses and not attending a single one till date.
