It automatically authorise the transaction and inform you over notification channels. But as per my previous experience support system needs more improvement. For a issue I started live chat but at last the agent raised a ticket and said that relevant team will respond to the issue where the issue was not such big. Later the support agent who replied to ticket couldn't resolve my issue. They have little bugs which they are not able to solve after a long time of business. With a huge payment methods and easy to use gateway Razorpay is the best. Pros This payment gateway provides registration to all types of businesses. Whether you have a business or not, you can register as individual to accept payments for your services, books, sessions and many more. After KYC update you can receive all your payments on your bank account. It has free plan where it charges 2% fee of payments received through this payment gateway. With Razorpay you can create payment link, pages easily and can share them with your users. You can customise the payment methods you want to provide to your customers. You can also create invoices here through which you can receive payment directly through these invoices from your customers. It has all-in-one dashboard where you can manage all the links, pages, customers, transactions, reports, members and many more. On every transaction you can customise the notification as email and sms. This is the best for small businesses to grow more. With Razorpay you can provide various payment methods like UPI, Debit or credit card, Net banking, Pay Later, etc to your users. Payments are instant and secure with Razorpay. Cons When it comes to 2% charges, I think this is little bit high for a small business. Apart from that if you need to get money settled to your bank account instantly then you have to pay little more extra charges which is nill in Paytm case. Multiple emails were sent and even the email which stated that within one week if no transaction occurs it would be deactivated was sent to them. After wasting all our time, they send a email stating since the pos transaction has not ocurred for more than 3 months its TID is deactivated and cannot be reactivated. Pros Sorry should not have a single star, its a useless company wasting its customers time, with incompetent employees unable to attend any concerns. Cons Having incompetent staff and wasting time of its customers since more than 4 months with multiple complaint tickets leading to financial losses and not attending a single one till date. All my clients have made payments without complaining about my payment gateway. I receive all notifications and alerts and have never missed any notification ever. Pros The best part about Razorpay is they do not have many compliances to approve the account. I provided all my company documents and they approved my account within 3 days. And since then I have been using my account without any problem. Cons The only thing I do not like about Razorpay is the invoicing system. I am realy thrilled to see how fast they are growing and providing unbelievable solutions to all their clients. Pros Having an ecommerce store used to be a headache without razorpay. Razorpay solves all the hurdles you name your painpoint and razorpay is the solution. Be it online payment using phonepe, paytm, upi, netbanking, credit card or even an emi payment razorpay has it all. The most amazing feature we are waiting for is the CRED pay. Also they recenly launche their ThirdWatch integration to convcert COD payments into Online payments is a life saver. The most fun fact is that they have ZERO annual maintainence cost. It is just pay per transaction and that too is really nominal. Cons Currently I do not have a single bad word for RazorPay. It is really a messiah for online businesses. Director Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "The worst customer service in the history of customer service " November 24, 2020 1.0 After using them for 1 year, they suddenly block the service on my live site stating that the partner banks have rejected the company. The same day the send a mail saying everything is fine and approved. Then for one week daily I would get contradictory mails, one saying approved one saying blocked. Post which I got a call saying approved, and again followed by a mail saying blocked. Then they finally decide that it is blocked after 2 weeks and say they will only settle my money after 120 days. Even if there was any reason for rejection, they should have done it right in the start, and not after 1 year of usage and after more than a lakh was collected. They should be sued. Pros Nothing in hindsight. They had international payments. Cons The customer service is pathetic to say the least. They play around with the company's money and don't communicate for weeks.
