Razorpay is hands-down the worst payment gateway I've ever used—nothing works after registration. No payment process via the WordPress plugin. No payments in Indian Rupees. No payments in other currencies. No payments via quick payment links—absolutely nothing functions. You can't even update basic personal info, like your business picture, contact number, or WhatsApp details. Customer service? Non-existent—they ignore every request. Medical Director Health, Wellness and Fitness Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Incompetent staff" April 24, 2025 1.0 Have raised more than 12 complaint tickets for POS not working since 4 months and its useless staff and grievance cell and the nodal escalation team kept replying it would be attended with priority. Multiple emails were sent and even the email which stated that within one week if no transaction occurs it would be deactivated was sent to them. After wasting all our time, they send a email stating since the pos transaction has not ocurred for more than 3 months its TID is deactivated and cannot be reactivated. Pros Sorry should not have a single star, its a useless company wasting its customers time, with incompetent employees unable to attend any concerns. Cons Having incompetent staff and wasting time of its customers since more than 4 months with multiple complaint tickets leading to financial losses and not attending a single one till date. Pros I have paid 4899 rupees to VLE Baazar Pvt Ltd via Razorpay Gateway on 3-10-2024 for Motorola Moto One refurbished but i didn't get my product and didn't get my refund back. There customer care service are responded 2-3 days and always said that your product will be delivered under 24 hrs . But it didn't happened. Now there customer care service are not responding. I have contacted to Razorpay, because payment was done by Razorpay gateway, but Razorpay said they can't help me to get my refund back bcz there have insufficient amount in merchant account. So never do payment online using Razorpay bcz they never help you if there will be any kind of fraud. And there client are fraud. I had raised support ticket many times but nothing happened. Please help me someone to get my hard earned money. I have already complaint to Consumer court Service also. It doesn't have any maintenance charges or subscription charges. We can easily transfers money by using UPI without knowing actuall bank account details. Pros Razorpay accepts several types of payment methods such as internet banking, UPI, Credit card, Debit card. We can easily integrate the Razorpay API with our merchant website to accept payments from the customers. It only takes 2% fees per transaction. Less approval time for account. Cons Razorpay works best in domestic transactions. But it may not be compatible for international transactions. Razorpay solves all the hurdles you name your painpoint and razorpay is the solution. Be it online payment using phonepe, paytm, upi, netbanking, credit card or even an emi payment razorpay has it all. The most amazing feature we are waiting for is the CRED pay. Also they recenly launche their ThirdWatch integration to convcert COD payments into Online payments is a life saver. The most fun fact is that they have ZERO annual maintainence cost.
