We haven't had any delays in processing or creating reimbursement requests with Razorpay so far Pros Claiming reimbursements & creating automated tax statements are extremely useful for creating a seamless user journey for all our employees. The software is also really user-friendly & greatly customisable as well. Cons The UI is cluttered in such a way that it's difficult to navigate in between different modules easily. I love Razorpay's js checkout feature. Cons Webhook always gets disabled for woocommerce websites, even after reporting it to the tech team, they are unable to fix this. Charges are high but it's relatively ok to use. Cons No customer support. Select accounts are given chat options and is disabled as soon as you chat with them more than 2-3 times. Over a period of time, my experience has become worse. The support is very very slow and unsatisfactory. Pros The features are amazing. This is what keeps me going away from Razorpay. Few of the products are really worth the pay and easy to use. Cons Horrible support. It takes a few days for support to reply for a single query. Usually the first reply would be another question and then it takes another few days for it to get back. On an average to solve anything, you might have to wait for weeks. Another big issues is account activation - It says 8 to 10 working days for account to be activated. That is approximately 2 weeks ( assuming weekends and a holiday). Post that they might ask unreasonable questions and documents. Its really tiresome sometime to open an account with Razorpay. Pros We've tried and tested many payment gateways but in terms of features and on-boarding time, Razorpay beats all. And, the Payment Pages and Subscription product is really good. We are using it from last 8 months without any complaints. Pros It has appealing mordern UI. API documentation are very comprehensive and response time is great. Their due diligence and approval process is fast. They are better payout cycles. Cons There should be an option to allow customers to deduct 10% TDS before payment on the automated invoices we generate. There is work-around by enabling partial payment. But it is not full proof as there is no control on how much partial payment the customer will do.
