April 21, 2021 2.0 I made mistake by selecting Razorpay, and would like to suggest everyone not to even try Razorpay - complete waste of time & money. Pros Good UI, and highly promoted, ready integration in some cases Cons There is tons of cons, here are few: 1) Account activation will take at least a month, and documents will be asked randomly and no standard process will be followed. 2) After activation banks like Axis, HDFC, ICICI & many others - will not be available for net banking. And need separate activation and after a wait of months, it may be activated. 3) Support tickets will take days to attend, and will be closed without resolution. 4) Basically payment gateway service provider without any support. Cons They have 2 major problem: 1- You can't change bank account details if the account is not created on your name, in this case you have to create new razorpay account. 2- International payment is too much complicated there are too much compliances. My integration as with shopify, and I had no trouble at all following the instructions to set it up myself.
