Pros

The topic review was incredibly helpful as a first time user. \[sensitive content hidden\] was prompt, and created a summary as well as a 45min professional video, which helped cover gaps in my understanding of how best to build a learning module on Tribal Habits.

Cons

Some of the interface is 'hiding in plain sight', but once I had the video of someone editing my work and clicking in areas to modify things I wasn't aware of it was no longer an issue.

My overall experience with Tribal Habits has been excellent. The platform is reliable, intuitive, and supports effective student and teacher interaction, which makes learning more engaging and efficient. The course creation and training management features are easy to use and very practical. I especially appreciate the outstanding support from \[sensitive content hidden\] , who have always been helpful and responsive, ensuring that any issues were resolved quickly and smoothly. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been extremely helpful with the integration with HF and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. He responded quickly whenever requests were assigned and resolved them efficiently.

Pros

What I liked most about Tribal Habits is that it is reliable and easy to use, making the management of training simple and efficient. The platform is smooth and intuitive, with excellent features for content and course creation that make building and delivering training straightforward. The outstanding support team was always quick to help and ensured everything worked seamlessly.

Cons

I didn’t find anything I disliked about Tribal Habits. I did not encounter any issues with Tribal Habits. On the occasions when I had questions, the team was prompt and supportive in resolving them, which made the overall experience consistently positive.

My experience has been very positive and my Training Team have enjoyed the challenge of learning a learning delivery method. It feels like we have only scratched the surface of the potential benefits TH can bring to our business.

Pros

The large amount of resources available to learn the platform is very positive. TH also has a very knowledgeable and responsive team, all based in Aus!

Cons

More work needs to be done on image scaling. It is a bit clunky and difficult to get the desired image size and quality. Some of the learning elements are not very intuitive when building the learning modules.

This is the LMS to choose if you want anyone in your team to be able to create interactive learning, without needing to also subscribe to (and learn) separate authoring tools. 100% happy with the customer support and how quickly the team is there to help when you need it - but you won't often need it since their training and help guides are written so well.

Pros

The platform is easy to use and has so many great features, which the team is constantly adding to. Most of all I like the team and the way they work: they're responsive, endlessly positive and helpful, and really understand the needs of different users. Their NFP pricing made it accessible for our small enterprise to explore the world of digital learning.

Cons

I can't think of anything I didn't like - this is a team that has really thought about their customers and their platform.

Tribal Habits has been a generally enjoyable experience from setting up the integration with our employee platform and developing our training content with very few, if any major issues that have stopped the function of the site or stopped the distribution of our training.

Pros

Relatively simple and easy to use, especially with support from helpful articles and Account Managers. Great variety of content types and graphics to display different kinds of information that are interactive and engaging. Fantastic functionality in being able to sync with our employee system including employee information and and syncing completion certificates into one central area. The Sage AI function in content creation is a great addition and helps with creating questions and other content. The library of existing content is pretty comprehensive and has most general training topics that are needed in the business environment. Tribal Habits has been of great use to my company in improving our training compliance obligations and solidifying employee development.

Cons

Syncing functions can be a bit tricky to set up by yourself, but with assistance from articles and the support team, these challenges can be overcome.

My overall experience has been extremely positive, I would recommend Tribal Habits to any of my clients seeking a Learning Management System.

Pros

We are a software implementation partner who has configured and integrated Tribal Habits into one of our clients customer facing web portals. Upon using Tribal Habits for the first time, the product was easy to understand from a back-end administration perspective. The business users on the client side also quickly picked up Tribal Habits, and were able to setup Learning Articles and Enroll Students from the very start. After now successfully implementing Tribal Habits to deliver a Learning Management System for my client, our teams general feedback of Tribal Habits is extremely positive. We found that the Tribal Habits product was feature complete from an administration and configuration perspective, while and offers a great end-user experience during the Learning process. From a technology perspective, we found Tribal Habits extremely easy to integrate with for both back-end customer data (API) and single user sign on (SSO). When we had development questions, the Tribal Habits support team was super responsive and able to resolve our queries on the spot. They also offered to include additional features within the API as needed.

Cons

As it was my first time using Tribal Habits, it took me some time to understand how the system works. Once I read through some basic documentation and had training from the Tribal Habits team, I have found the platform easy to work with.

We've found Tribal Habits to be very admin and learn friendly. The one thing we can't do that would be good would be to have a URL link on the customised login page for our portal. But we still have the URL text there instead so it isn't a big issue; more of a nice bonus.

Exceptional! From our very first point to contact to our onboarding and ongoing support, our transition to tribal has been seamless. The system works, the team and prompt, helpful and friendly and they deliver on everything they promise.

Pros

Tribal Habits is a such a user friendly platform. Easy to use for staff, admins and creators. All pages are well set out, easy to navigate, manage and edit so we can customise fields to suit our organisation. The chat box and customer service from the whole team is also exceptional.

Cons

If there are any issues or features that we don't like in tribal we simply email the team and they assist us in finding a work around or add it to their list of program improvements. As a result, system features and upgrades are happening all the time to fix any issues.
