It has a contemporary, responsive, fresh design. There are many interactive elements to choose from so you can incorporate a range of activities to maintain user interest. Support From initial contract negotiations through to BAU with our dedicated support contact, all Tribal Habits staff that we have interacted with have been responsive, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Seamless updates Using the native authoring tool means that making updates to the module is painless. We can share access to the modules for external users via an LMS Link. We can change limits or expiry dates (or the topic content itself), and these updates apply automatically to the existing link without requiring a new download. Cons I had to think hard about what a con would be from my experience. It has been a very positive experience in onboarding and transitioning to BAU. The only minor thing I can think of is that on the registration form, the user requires a registration token to gain access. This is a text field, not a drop down. At the top of the form, we describe what code to use for which module, but the most frequent email we get from users is about where to find the registration token. Having that field be a dropdown selection would be helpful, but it is a minor issue. Pros We are a software implementation partner who has configured and integrated Tribal Habits into one of our clients customer facing web portals. Upon using Tribal Habits for the first time, the product was easy to understand from a back-end administration perspective. The business users on the client side also quickly picked up Tribal Habits, and were able to setup Learning Articles and Enroll Students from the very start. After now successfully implementing Tribal Habits to deliver a Learning Management System for my client, our teams general feedback of Tribal Habits is extremely positive. We found that the Tribal Habits product was feature complete from an administration and configuration perspective, while and offers a great end-user experience during the Learning process. From a technology perspective, we found Tribal Habits extremely easy to integrate with for both back-end customer data (API) and single user sign on (SSO). When we had development questions, the Tribal Habits support team was super responsive and able to resolve our queries on the spot. Easy to use for staff, admins and creators. All pages are well set out, easy to navigate, manage and edit so we can customise fields to suit our organisation. Cons If there are any issues or features that we don't like in tribal we simply email the team and they assist us in finding a work around or add it to their list of program improvements. Great variety of content types and graphics to display different kinds of information that are interactive and engaging. Fantastic functionality in being able to sync with our employee system including employee information and and syncing completion certificates into one central area. The Sage AI function in content creation is a great addition and helps with creating questions and other content. The library of existing content is pretty comprehensive and has most general training topics that are needed in the business environment. Tribal Habits has been of great use to my company in improving our training compliance obligations and solidifying employee development. Cons Syncing functions can be a bit tricky to set up by yourself, but with assistance from articles and the support team, these challenges can be overcome. It is nice to work with a company/team who really are customer focused and want the software to be Best in Breed. Nothing was to difficult or stupid to ask the team. Pros There was a great library of courses & templates that already come with the software. They can be copied and edited as required.As a new user I was able to create a whole course but prior to publishing I could use the software to make some suggestions to the course. I also had access to request the Tribal Habit team to review the course from a Trainers POV. Cons Whilst the "Word Search" was amongst the best I have seen in a long time, there were still some issues finding Help Articles. This usually didn't stay as a Con for long as I could, quickly and easily, chat with the Support who guided us. Could be fixed by the "Clear Formatting" function, however there was no way of knowing this would happen until the Module was launched. During this time the level of support has been outstanding. Positive feedback from clients and participants confirms the move to Tribal Habits was a wise decision. I am a fan! Pros As a newcomer to online training I was blown away by how easy it is to convert face-to-face training into blended online programs. There are many excellent features that enabled this transition, but the following made a huge difference: Sage (the AI assistant that guides your instructional design), a very comprehensive set of tools for creating interactive learning, access to a large image library, and the cost based on active users. Another excellent feature is the automated notification of stakeholders regarding learner progress. Cons There are a few features that are not in the platform, but I have been told they are in the queue, so I won't mention them. Ironically, this highlights another positive, which is rapid innovation of the system during the time that I have been using it. The communications from the Tribal Habits team is excellent with constant updates on whats new and how best to use the platform. Pros The biggest plus for me is how the solution is designed around the notion of allowing the 'tribe' (our staff) teach the best 'habits' to one another - helping to ensure quality and consistency in the services that we deliver. We now have a professional induction process that allows new staff members to come up to speed rapidly and understand the 'MOQ Way'. The solution has some great features to easily create the learning modules, as well as allowing for assessments to ensure content is understood. The updated reporting is a big plus in helping track the learning pathways of individuals, while the content library allows us to quickly source a learning module for a needed topic - with the ability to modify if needed to tailor for our business i.e. terminology etc Cons Having used the solution for over 2 years, I've seen a myriad of regular updates to enhance the features and usability - so the platform now provides the majority of features that we were looking for in a LMS . Have been using the platform for several years now and the more I use it the better it gets to allow me to create engaging content relevant to our organizational requirements. Pros Tribal Habits provides a contemporary learning management platform that is easy to use and allows the organization to create and customize content to suit it's needs. I've found this extremely useful in my health & safety role. With over 300 pre-configured courses available that can be used as standard, or tailored to suit specific requirements allowing for organizational context and alignment with with workplace specific processes. There is an extensive array of options to allow users to interact with content and add variety to their learning experience. This is much more engaging than reading from a screen. As a novice creator, the expert content review functionality was awesome and a great coaching experience to learn different ways to get the most out of the platform. Cons As a novice creator, learning the various elements and options that Tribal Habits can provide takes a bit of time. Cons Some of the interface is 'hiding in plain sight', but once I had the video of someone editing my work and clicking in areas to modify things I wasn't aware of it was no longer an issue.
