Pros It has minimal steps for parkers to initiate a session and I love that people can extend their time without going back to the parking facility. I also love that it reduces lines at a pay station or waiting to enter or leave a parking facility. Cons I can't think of much. The only small thing is that because I am an Admin, I get an email for each of my parkers each month for renewal. It would be nice if they were consolidated into one email. Reasons for choosing GLIDEPARCS Ease of use and the software seemed better! Also, the customer service was excellent. Cons Our customers who are not use to Smartphone apps or texting have struggled with instructions. So getting the info in the garage to be clear for customers has been a challenge.
