When issues arise, responses are slow or sometimes nonexistent—especially when queries are referred to the technical team. This has caused frustration for new starters and led to a poor onboarding experience. Additionally, the service is quite pricey considering the challenges we've faced. Pros What I liked most about Zinc was the speed—it made the whole process feel smooth and efficient, which I really appreciated. Cons What I liked least about Zinc was the customer service experience when something goes wrong. If an issue is referred to the technical team, you often don’t hear back—even after multiple follow-ups. The wait times can be lengthy, and it can feel quite frustrating when you're trying to resolve something quickly.
