With MaintainX, both tasks have become significantly easier and more efficient. The platform's intuitive interface simplifies the process of creating and managing scheduled maintenance tasks. Moreover, Maintainx offers robust tracking capabilities for work orders and assets. You can monitor the staus, hsitory and the different types of assets, such as preventitive and reactive work orders. On top of that, implementing all these features could not be any easier, as the software makes it very easy and simple to understand. Lastly, MaintainX offers some of the best customer support you could ever find, as whenever I have needed to contact them for something, I would get a response no later than 5 minutes. Cons The only drawback I've encountered is that there are a few additional features that could further enhance the platform. While these are minor and don't detract from the core functionality, their inclusion would MaintainX even more versatile and effective. Review Source SW Scott W. It allowed us to follow the trends and develop a maintenance plan to drastically reduce down time. Pros There are so many features that are great it is hard to pick just one. But I would say the the top three are: PARTS Inventory and Repeatable Work Orders with Procedures and Meters. Cons The lack of file structure in the Procedure library. Managing spare parts and locations has been very simple. Tying workorders to assets and showing how often work is done to that asset has been very helpful. Pros User Friendly . Very robust system. Makes spare parts management easy. Cons The Apple barcode scanning when using bulk printed QR codes. The ability to distinguish the units after the URL code is not working with apple. From my experience with the app and web browser I have not found any major hangups which could cause me issues. Support and service has always been wonderful and a pleasure to work with. Pros Ease of use and integration and setup. MaintainX was a easy system to setup and works well in a large environment. Cons Ability to edit the request portal and lack of inspections apart of the solution, without an integration with another software. Would be great if MaintainX would partner with SafetyCulture as a single source solution. Pros I chose MaintainX because it is the only CMMS that has a fully functioning app. There is nothing I can do on a PC that I can't do on the app. My maintenance staff all have iPads and can access work orders and asset data anywhere in the shop including user manuals and schematics. No more running back to the maintenance shop to find the manual. Cons The ability to print QR codes would be great.
