Pros

The interface offered a comprehensive functionality for managing complex maintenance environment with an agile team. Unlimited requesters who were not required to download and app. and clean interface and reporting functionality for managing team members and administrators.

Cons

Rollout was somewhat difficult to get going without dedicated internal support. This was more of a problem with our org. and less MaintainX, but making implementation simple for smaller organizations would increase the reach of the tool.

My overall experience has been very positive from the fast and helpful customer support to the ease of use and data management tools.

Pros

The user friendliness of the tools and interface. Maintenance data is difficult to organize, and I feel like MaintainX has made it very accessible.

Cons

There are certain features missing that I had hoped would be present just to help with how we currently manage work orders. For example, creating a recurring work order for a PM, that it would always generate a new PM based on the schedule regardless of the status of previous incomplete PMs.

### "From Paper to MaintainX"

We literally went from 3 part paper work orders to a centralized system with accountabilities. Reporting data to the organization has significantly improved our presence and has also allowed us additional visibility within the organization. "look at how many things we did this month", etc.

Pros

entering and tracking work orders and the ability to produce reports that are useful to the department as well as the organization. It has become a useful tool in managing our assets.

Cons

I wish there was a module specific to vehicle management. I also would like to see a breakdown, of work orders, by department. Maybe there is a way of coding each department and assigning that code to each of their staff. This would be helpful when looking at the data and determining what department uses the system most and then resource management.

I've enjoyed working with the integration/commissioning team, all of the MaintainX representatives have been extremely helpful & professional in setting up the product we need.

Pros

I like how intuitive and user friendly the system is, the clear visualisation of work order scope, ownership and priority makes it easy to decipher our ready backlog and move orders to completion.

Cons

There are some missing features when compared to SAP PM e.g. strategy plans/maintenance plan schedule overview/material reservations which have set us back - hopefully only in the short term.

Como capturista de mantenimiento y auditor interno ISO 9001:2015, documento órdenes de trabajo, criticidad y KPIs mensuales. La implementación fue rápida (menos de un mes), con adopción completa en el área. La versión Premium nos permite recibir alertas y organizar tareas con trazabilidad, aunque algunas funciones avanzadas como los reportes del plan Enterprise no están disponibles. En general, ha mejorado la eficiencia operativa y el cumplimiento normativo.

Pros

La trazabilidad de órdenes de trabajo, la facilidad para documentar procedimientos operativos, y la visualización clara de KPIs. También permite capacitar al equipo directamente desde la plataforma.

Cons

My overall experience with the software has been positive. The system is easy to navigate, and support is readily available. Overall, it has been a valuable tool in supporting my workflow.

Pros

What I liked most about the software was how user friendly it was. I was able to navigate through the system without much training. Its features have been helpful in maintaining our companies equipment and work flow.

Cons

The only area for improvement would be the pricing structure, as it may limit accessibility despite the software's overall effectiveness.

Great, we have greatly improved our work reporting, predictability, and time management. Also, it highlights where more manpower could be used.

Pros

Easy to use, navigation is simple, and setup is a breeze. Cross platform usability has greatly helped people who are accustomed to one style or another.

Cons

My biggest drawback is some features are only available via a desktop. Other con and pro is that when working with a cloud software there is always a chance of an isp, Wi-Fi, or external server issue.

Excellent CMMS software and support. Very easy to use for the person starting up the software and easy to use for the end user.

Pros

They use of use. The ability to attach photos and files. The AaI generated task list. Work and Parts tracking. The comments section is a great way to communicate with team members.

Cons

I pretty much like everything. The one thing that I don't care for would be how you have to put a date for reoccurring work order populate automatically, if equipment is on a 90-day maintenance the work order should reoccur in 90 days that way if you're late it will compensate I don't like having to tell her what date to reoccur. There is any other way I haven't found it. But that's not really a big deal.

Very easy to use. The floor team members find it quick and easy to do a maintenance request and are able to see the status.

Pros

Very easy to use, Except use for seeing procedures for anyone to see how to do the PM. Work orders stay front and center in site.

Cons

No dislikes just need to learn more about it. Once we are more familiar with it we will continue to see the benefits of it.

It has been great. No complaints. We find new value every month. There are features that I have not yet had time to explore.

Pros

The support is fantastic. Ease of use. Very functional: work order , purchase orders, part inventory, ability to pull reports, asset tracking

Cons

There are some features above the standard set up that require a fee. A side from that I believe we atre getting the value we are paying for.

Working with Maintain X and using the CMMS has been night and day for the company I work in. We use MaintainX for everything from Daily Safety Reports, to Audits, 5S, and PMs, and projects. I would highly recommended MaintainX as a user friend CMMS tool.

Pros

I like the how the system is easy to use for our workforce, who is not the most tech savvy. It was also very easy to load all of our Equipment, and PM's into the system. The system has been great for tracking PMs, Safety Reports and Spare parts. Customer service is also on point we get responses within the same day for issues we come across.

Cons

There are certain areas in Maintenance Management that were missing, but now are within Maintain X, such as assigning multiple assets to a Work Order, I just wish I can do a mass Work Order skip for certain holidays that we observe.

Overall, I have been pleased with MaintainX as it has met our needs. Some of the new features and updates that have been released have been a great help to us.

Pros

The UI is simple to use and the work order system allows for us to keep track of tasks that need to be done each day. I also appreciate the quick responses we receive when we have questions for our account manager.

Cons

The cost is quite high compared to other CMMS companies on the market. There are some features we would like to have, but they are additional cost.

It has made my job much easier. Coming from a program such as EAM its far easier to use and navigate.

Pros

Ease of use. User friendly interface. For new technicians and employees using the program, it is fairly easy to navigate and complete work orders.

Cons

The only thing i can think of is the "reporting" aspect isnt entirely accurate. When asking to not show completed work orders, it still exports them.

MaintainX is a great product and the have great customer service. I can schedule any appointment anytime and they have been great at training. Our contact \[sensitive content hidden\] is great to work with. I do wish I could pick up the phone and talk to someone without having to request a call back.

Pros

There reporting and tracking modules are great. It allows me to export and customize what I need. Tracking: Expenses, completion rates, etc.

Cons

Asset information (serial, model number, warranty, etc.) not showing up on work orders. Not always being able to pick up a phone and talk to someone.

I was an eMaint user for about five years, and to be honest, I did not want to switch to MaintainX—it was a decision made by company leadership. After working with \[sensitive content hidden\] through several challenges, her passion for customer success and her ability to quickly understand issues and provide practical solutions became very clear. Her support, communication, and commitment to helping us get the most out of MaintainX made the transition much smoother and significantly improved my overall experience with the platform.

Pros

MaintainX does a great job simplifying maintenance operations while keeping the team connected and accountable, backed by outstanding customer service.

Cons

I would like the option to receive notifications for new work requests only. Currently, I receive notifications for everything, which can be overwhelming.

This has helped us from going from standard paper to going digital. has made it easier for our employes and mechanics to use at ease

Pros

how simple the app is to use, very straight forward when creating and submitting work orders. Great service when requesting help. Also like the features of graphing and data recording

Cons

does not carry different languages most of my employees are Spanish speaking. If we can make it bilingual it would be great

You can track each asset on how often you are having to do repairs on it and do more planning instead of reacting.

Cons

Cons for MaintainX I have more people righting work order than I do working on the work orders, so it makes it hard to prioritize some times

Productivity has increased tremendously due to the fact that all technicians have all of the data they need to accurately assess work order related info in the palms of their hands. With almost no training needed, the system just works!!

Pros

What I liked most was how easy it was to get started. There is very little learning curve, and on day one, my team and I were creating, editing, and completing work orders with ease!

Cons

There is very little that I dislike about MaintainX. They are constantly improving their product, so if you happen to find a bug, they will usually have it repaired in no time.

Excellent. MaintainX has taken our PM's and work order tracking to a new level. We are now tracking downtime in MaintainX also and the reporting is next level.

Pros

We had demonstrations with multiple CMMS vendors, and MaintainX was by far the most user friendly on the desktop and the phone app.

Cons

There are a lot of features and functionality that are not readily or easily available unless you ask an experienced staff member for help.

Experience has been excellent. Customer service is great, they are always quick to come up with a solution to any problem.

Pros

I like the ease of creating work orders, assigning them to correct teams. I also appreciate the wide variety you can set work orders to repeat for various PM schedules.

Cons

No major gripes, could be a little better in the reporting area. Although the reporting section generates some good reports my superiors often want more details than that report can give.

So far so good. Still learning as we go, still customising our ways of working but we are getting there. We have a lot of templates and procedures to get on with, I do wish we had more to go before we went live.

Pros

Its user friendly, leaps and bounds ahead of what we were using. We are still early days using it but how fast transactions can be done, and how far work orders can be closed.

Cons

Not too sure there is something i liked least. Probably the speed at which we had to get it up and running. I think this is excellent software and I think with more time to customise and discuss, it could have been a better roll out.

MaintainX has been a great companion for my operation. Its ease of use and intuitive design makes workflow way easier. My entire operation is now based on this platform and all employees are satisfied with it.

Pros

User interface and order management are amazing. They have several tools such as categories, locations, start/end dates, procedures, and many more; which can be filtered in order to find work orders easier, making work a lot easier. Customer support is very efficient and they're always there to help with any doubt or issue with the platform.

Cons

Although there are many filters available, I think this section could be improved by adding more options. There is also room for improvement in being able for admin users to limit certain functions to regular users. Other than that, there's nothing I don't like.
