I feel the overdue feature could be reworked. Also, it would be nice to site time manually and not choose from a dropdown.

Software is allowed me to easily create preventative maintenance tickets that are reoccurring

Pros

I like the simple layout of the app on iOS And the intuitive design and allows you to learn the functions as you go I also appreciate the way things are laid out on the screen displaying information you need to see easily

Cons

I wish they were more features for asset management tracking asset appreciation

I think this is such a useful tool in a school setting. We can take pictures and our maintenance crew knows how urgent the situation is and can fix the problems.

Pros

I love that we are able to post photos of the issues around our school.

Cons

I haven't had any issues with this software yet.
