MaintainX has been a great companion for my operation. Its ease of use and intuitive design makes workflow way easier. My entire operation is now based on this platform and all employees are satisfied with it.

Pros

User interface and order management are amazing. They have several tools such as categories, locations, start/end dates, procedures, and many more; which can be filtered in order to find work orders easier, making work a lot easier. Customer support is very efficient and they're always there to help with any doubt or issue with the platform.

Cons

Although there are many filters available, I think this section could be improved by adding more options. There is also room for improvement in being able for admin users to limit certain functions to regular users. Other than that, there's nothing I don't like.

Great platform that has helped us manage thousands of assets across many different locations. Easy to implement and add new users to expand its reach.

Pros

Ease of use and rich feature set. Consistently being updated with new features which make a different to the customers.

Cons

Metrics can sometimes be difficult to use. When the data doesnt align with what the graphs are showing which can require needing to correct some errors manually.

Overall this is great software and the people at MaintainX are helpful and receptive to feedback and requests. We've had a good experience with collectively solving problems and coming up with a robust and useful program for our company.

Pros

Functionality and ease of use. We are now able to keep track of so much information in one central location as a team/company.

Cons

It's so hard to keep up with notifications within the software/app. The best way I've found to stay informed on my team's work is to turn on email notifications which bogs down my email inbox. We switched over from Asana which has a nice Inbox feed feature where all task updates and tag mentions are consolidated. The MaintainX "Recent Activity" on the phone app is close, but not available on the desktop version and not able to be filtered down to just my team's notifications. The QR codes are also tricky to print only a few at a time. The label design really needs more info on it like some reference to scanning with the MaintainX app instead of a camera QR code scanner.

It's been great and it allows us to be very organized. It has tremendously helped our organization become less reactive.

Pros

The MaintainX team made it very easy to upload existing data when setting up and it's super user Friendly.

Cons

Reporting could be a little better. When exporting reports not all the dates appear the same. Also, the scheduling tool isn't the easiest to use or share.

It's been excellent. Having techs do most of the work allows for more accurate and timely data entry. The mobile aspect allows instantaneous access to data, history, pics, files, etc.

Pros

Being able to have techs use it on their mobile devices and it's fast.

Cons

Not being able to back-date work time when someone can't or forgets to add time/comments yesterday.

Between the ease of use, the flexibility in configuration and customization, the Customer Success and Customer Support Teams....we are extremely satisfied with MaintainX as it has far surpassed the expectations that we had coming from other maintenance systems.

Ease of Use and Flexibility in configuration and customization. Most of our mechanics have had an easy time getting used to and using the interface on their mobile devices.

Cons

From a management standpoint, I would like to be able to go into a user's profile and assign team memberships directly to the user in addition to going to a team and adding users to the team.

It was been great. The implementation was quick and smooth with a big team lift from there team. Continued support has also been great and our team loves it

Pros

Ease of use for the mechanics has been great. We also love the AI capabilities for building our PM program. The asset management portal is in depth and customizable.

Cons

The features limited to the enterprise plan is limiting and can lead to a higher cost of software ownership

Amazing, I really cannot speak anymore highly about the product, support and the continuous development of the product.

Pros

Mobile friendly. Amazing integration and support team. Very professional, caring and proficient account manager. Ability to simply export data.

Cons

There are a number of features that are due to release such as 'Floor Plan'. I just wish they would come out sooner!

Overall it hase been good. the team adapted quickly, we have good asses manangement and we can easily see our upcoming workload.

I like the ease of use and connectivity. We can manage our workorders, reschedule and track our hours with ease. the reporting and documents libray is a huge benefit.

Cons

I think the calendar needs improvement. we really nead one that works more lik an outlook calendar where you can show overlapping work orders and the duration of longer prrojects show up as a bar with a start and due date

MaintainX was more user-friendly. Most of the other software had so many other functionalities which was not needed and made it less attractive. MaintainX cost also was more in line with what we wanted.

Very positive. MX has changed the way we approach purchasing, QC inspections, machining inspections, record keeping and more.

Pros

Ease of implementation. Consolidated record keeping. Ease of in-factory use. Automated work orders that are easy to set up. Very solid support from MX.

Cons

The first 2-3 weeks. Getting everyone on board. Swapping from an existing set of procedures (or lack thereof) required some dedication and some forced buy in until everyone saw the benefits.

Very good system that will transform our practices in time. The engineers are all very happy with the move. The only downside being mentioned above,

Pros

User friendly, with even our least tech savvy personnel being able to navigate the system. The picture function also helps for future investigations. The MX guys were extremely helpful and continue to be so.

Cons

Timing engineers out of app for too quickly. 6 hour minimum required. Should not have to remind themselves to go to app to keep timer running. Guys are losing their times too often. Data transfer from SAP to MX could have been better

It has been positive - I am excited about the ways we can continue to grow our use of MaintainX as an organization.

Pros

I appreciate how it ensures no preventative maintenance work orders get missed and ensures documentation is completed on the work that is done.

Cons

I am still learning the system, but so far I haven't encountered anything negative. I would love to see folders, though. Right now you can filter parts/work orders based on different categories but I would love to be able to create folders for kind of parts (but I understand filtering is essentially the same thing - just an organizational preference)

So Far it has been good. There has been a big learning curve for myself and within the company. the data import from the original migration was hacked and caused unusable data in the maintainx system.

Pros

The mobile version app is clean and easy to use for the most part. The ability to quickly see asset work order history as well as attachments like manuals and drawings for the asset tab. Work order request function.

Cons

1.Lack of full control over customization of work order form. We don't need or track some of the information on the work order form and the inability to change or remove it is frustrating. 2. No ability to edit fields from the work order table view. 3. The repeating work order function is confusing compared to other cmms systems. The systems automatically creates the next work order when one is completed. This is creating confusion and it is difficult to understand/explain. 4. Very limited ability to mass change values. Having to manually go to each work order to change or update something is time consuming and frustrating. Especially if you are updating a procedure that is on a work order. Having to continue clicking back to the original repeating work order is time consuming and frustrating. 5. No ability to link purchase order to a work order or an asset. 6. No ability to make changes across sub organizations at once. We have 4 Facilites and we would like more ability to control consistency 7. No ability to add multiple assets to a work order. 8. No way to quickly print labels for incoming spare parts. You can Fulfill them from the purchase order which adds them to the inventory, but then there is no way to print the qrcode labels with other information like part name, shelf location.

Pros

Cloud-based inventory is accessible from anywhere with an internet connection. The inventory management and communication platform is also very robust.

Cons

I cannot create and track individual clinical budgets. A budgeting platform designed to help track budgets would be helpful.

So far it's been amazing. \[sensitive content hidden\] was so helpful in explaining and getting me started. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been so great (and patient) going over any questions and doing additional training. Also, getting all my inventory and assets added in was such a huge relief for me. The program we had before, I had to do it myself or I could pay them to do it for me, not good customer service. MaitainX goes above and beyond for customer service. Another great experience is how they get back to me right away.

Pros

It's very intuitive and it has covered EVERYTHING. Every time I would ask "Can it do this?" it always can. For example, sending a notice bot in the MaintainX program AND and email for work orders is so nice. Another thing that was amazing that \[sensitive content hidden\] entered in all of our equipment and inventory. We simply sent him a list and he entered it all in. That save such a huge amount of time! When I asked about naming adding categories \[sensitive content hidden\] said it didn't have that option. But, within a few days that option had been added. I was shocked! I'm so happy I found MaintainX! Oh, and assigning QR codes instantly to all my assets and inventories and then to print them all out at once, again, so amazing!

Cons

I can't say anything right off hand, so far, I've loved everything about it.

For them most part very good, a solid 9/10. Very reliable and stable. Almost never any issues and is very useful for our organization. The only points of criticism I have is I notice every time there is a major update it seems like it factory resets the settings for users and work orders. Also, the customer support could be a bit better. They tend to be unresponsive or upload things incorrectly.

Pros

It's ease of use, integration, and streamlining of our company and its associated work. We are a rapidly growing corporation that needs systems that can help organize our massive databases.

Cons

It's a double edged sword. It's ease of use, whilst useful, is also troubling as anyone in the field can change something incorrectly.

Overall, MaintainX is a very good CMMS and while I was initially skeptical, it meets our data collection and storage needs very well.

Pros

The product is easy to use, is similar across platforms and has excellent implementation and service.

Cons

The reporting needs are a bit weak for my needs. I collect data in a utility setting and use it for daily, weekly and monthly meter readings. It's not easy or sometimes possible to get the reports I need from Mx.

### "The go to for work orders"

Excellent. No more paper ever needed. It’s all recorded in MaintainX. An everyday application heavily used in the workplace.

Pros

Really the easy of use. Very detailed and efficient. The only way myself and my team can track work orders and proof to our executives that the work is done. Proven track record.

Cons

Need it to interact with the person that submitted the work order (residents and vendors). More of a step by step.
