We’ve been using across three departments now, and the results have been outstanding. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and has significantly improved our operational efficiency. Our teams appreciate how easy it is to track work orders, manage assets, and stay aligned. We’re excited to see other departments exploring it too—MaintainX has quickly become a vital part of our workflow.

Cons

There haven't really been any areas that we have seen that fall short of our expectations. Overall, the feedback has been positive.

I feel that Mx has brought data to the table for the 1st time in my department. We can actually evaluate the quality of our work and if we are not fixing things right the 1st time. Procedures are easy to modify and train to. Excited to continue growth of the "inventory" section of things and get integration working with Oracle, our financial tool.

Pros

Easy operation / navigation. Keeps my assets organized and properly maintained, taking a lot off of folks having to remember how we fixed something "last time".

Cons

Implementation of new ideas to make Mx more functional seem to take longer than I would like.

The admin team at has been fantastic to work with. They have always been responsive and willing to assist with any questions or needs that our organization has.

Pros

The platform is very easy to use and it provides a streamlined, consistent way for optimization and efficiency of maintenance operations within our organization.

Cons

We wish there were more features of the platform we could use actively, but due to the complexity and needs of our organization some of the features don't need the needs of our organization.

Pros

I enjoy the relationships built between my organization and the account representatives and customer success teams. They are interested in our success and have been great partners to work with.

Cons

I wish there were more customization options within . Additionally, more features related to Global Organization functionality that would help with managing our organization from an enterprise level.

We have been a customer for almost 3 years, and my experience with them has been unlike any other CMMS company I have ever worked with! They are attentive to my needs, and always go above my expectations to help me achieve my goals within the system.

Pros

I love the KPI feature and the ability to customize the application according to what my facility needs! I also love that the company is always evolving and leveraging new technology such as AI and IoT.

Cons

I wish there was an easier way to track Asset Statuses.

Pros

Being able to create Work Orders and Procedures is so seamless it almost feels too easy. If I ever have a question or need help, I can connect to Maintain X with the in-app communication center or reach out to my dedicated service rep \[sensitive content hidden\] and we get the job done super-fast and easy. We use the software daily in the maintenance department completing work requests, PM, and projects. We also are starting to utilize the software for our inventory management. The software is so easy to use and navigate that we actually have some production members using it to complete their inspections. It was easy to set up, I filled out a workbook that was tailored to our building and sent that over and like magic, our entire catalog of PM was there ready for my team to hit the ground running.

Cons

Maintain X is really great about fixing their flaws. I have run into a few issues upon start-up but was quickly able to fix these issues with \[sensitive content hidden\] and even make suggestions to her on what we would like the system to do in the future. There really is nothing to dislike about Maintain X.

Overall I am very pleased, and it has changed our entire maintenance process.

Pros

Ease of use, great features, and we use it for parts inventory, POs, and work orders. I like creating custom procedures.

Cons

Would like to be able to color code some of my procedures, I wish the parts was easier to assign work orders with their cost. It’s difficult to show cost for parts on work orders. AI Assistant would be a cool feature.

Pros

It is extremely easy to use and comes with a host of training and help documentation to make setup and use simple.

Cons

It had a few bugs that ended up getting ironed out. The parts inventory part is also lacking in my opinion.

Excellent. has been able to tailor their software to meet our needs. Would gladly recommend to others as a solution for their clients.

Pros

Knowledgeable and responsive support team. Easy to use and understand UI. Every time we have asked for a change or support with an issue it has been resolved quickly.

Cons

Data input and reporting have a learning curve. The software and UI has a lot of flexibility so you need to communicate clearly what you need as there are so many ways to get the job done with .

Pros

Easy implementation with intuitive setup, minimal training, and fast rollout across the team. Accurate downtime tracking that captures root issues.

Cons

Availability of generic accounts that would be allowed by contract to be used by multiple users would help with getting floor employees across multiple shifts involved in work order completion.

what i appreciate most about is using the platform for asset management & work order consolidation

i honestly don't have any complaints. we switched over to from doing everything completely manually in various spreadsheets so it's nice to be able to see all data in one place.

Fantastic product to work with. Since implementation, maintaining our locations has been more efficient.

Pros

Work order creation. parts inventory. Ability to use AI. User requests are easy. Security seems decent. Customer support has been awesome. Maintenance management has been easier. User interface has been smooth. Decent value for the money.

Cons

Nothing yet. Currently still setting up the program. Hopefully will have more insight later this year.

over all it is a great experience and great user functions. i have used this in two separate companies and it has organized my facility exponentially.

Pros

there are many points that work great for me. user interface for requestors make it easy for them to send work orders properly, being able to manage work orders and sort is very handy. i think the big thing is the reporting function and able to track and see different types of reports.

Cons

sometimes asset updating can take awhile especially when you have a large amount of assets. also they are able to handle hospitality, entertainment and restaurants but certain parts are not as strong as it would be for manufacturing.

Excellent experience so far, support is always available in case you encounter any issues. From implementation to going live, they have a really planned smooth process.

Pros

Work order management, request portal, assets, part inventory and cycle counts. Live chat and customer support, and the mobile friendly UI.

Cons

The preventive maintenance system can be made better, like a separate tab for PM or a PM calendar. It shows that in calendar view with filters, but a different option could be something really helpful.

Overall, has been a very helpful tool for daily maintenance operations. It keeps everything documented, organized, and easy to manage. We use it every day.

Pros

is very easy to use and helps keep all maintenance work organized in one place. Work orders are clear, photos and notes can be added quickly, and technicians receive updates in real time. It improves communication, accountability, and response time across the maintenance team.

Cons

Some features, such as reports and advanced settings, take time to learn and require setup. A few tools are only available in higher plans, which may limit customization.

Transcending, bring a 1970s corporation into the modern age. Absolutely awesome

Pros

Mobility - having the mobile first as the platform, we dont have a typical shop like a most of the companies, thus everyone works from tablets or phones.

Cons

The evolving to AI is a little cumbersome. Again as unique as we are many of our bulk upload requests are not common, thus AI has a very hard time transforming our upload request.

I like using and it is very user friendly. However, I do wish that Excel could be integrated with the reporting portion.

Pros

I like most that you can communicate with team members through the app and that you can generate reports. I also like that you can email vendors the work order directly to request service.

Cons

I don't like that some features are not available via the mobile app. For example, reporting is not available but would be really helpful.

I enjoyed the ease of setup, and the great support I get from the team at MantainX. The system is easy to use and transitions nicely between desktop and mobile interfaces

Cons

There is a lot of great data buried in the reports of and after a year of using the product I still find it difficult to figure out how to get useful information out of it.

Accountability, tracking the work that is done on all pieces of equipment and or property. The ease of being able to assign to different people or teams.

Overall a great experience. Very customizable. Exceptional customer service and app design is very easy to use.

Pros

\- Great customer Service - Super adaptable and customizable to my business - My warehouse staff only use the mobile app which is very straightforward and easy to use.

Cons

What do you dislike about ? We are a small business which predominantly use maintainx for food manufacturing and a little bit of wholesale. We use it right from getting a purchase order from a customer, entering the job, all works associated with the work order. Pretty much everything apart from invoicing. As well as using it to document all required paperwork for our food safety certificates. I feel like with a few extra features maintainx could be alot more adaptable to the manufacturing/minor wholesale industry.

Asset management- Reporting is a Breeze the pre-set templates and ease of customization are awesome. Support is great.

Pros

Easy to use intuitive. Documentation and adding Pictures is very easy. I like who easily customizable it is.

Cons

Sometimes it can be slow as it is cloud based. If you do not have good Wi-Fi - it can frustrate the team, however this is not the software's fault.
