It keeps track of all the PMs easily and everyone can see what needs done. It also helps up keep track of our parts inventory.

Pros

It's very easy to use and I know if I have trouble figuring something out, customer support is quick to help.

Cons

I can't say I have noticed anything I dislike so far. I'm sure there are some small features that could be added but nothing I have come across yet.

### "Great for Maintaining a Fleet"

I have been quite impressed with how quickly you can understand the program. It's very easy to use even though it has so many interworking and interconnecting pieces of information. You can do so much with it. We've only really tapped the surface of using it and already find it highly valuable to our company's fleet.

Pros

Extremely user friendly. Great software program that allows us to keep better track of our fleet and its maintenance. We're now able to keep much better track of costs for parts and maintenance. We can use data collected to see trends and how much we're spending per vehicle. Whenever I've had any questions about how to better use this program, I've been able to reach out to our representative to have them answered swiftly. I've also been using the Maintain X Academy to fill in any blanks in my understanding. We believe this program is worth the investment we're making into it.

Cons

I wish there was an interface between our company emails and our work orders so that I can send out an email to remind drivers, dispatchers, and supervisors of the maintenance scheduled for particular fleet vehicles.

Pros

Reliability, ease of use, user interface, asset tracking, maintenance management and predictive analysis

Cons

Cost comparison between pro and enterprise, would be more cost efficient to offer module-based incentives

My over all experience with MaintainX has been great some would even say flawless. It is number one in my books.

Pros

I love the way i can manage work orders and that my team get live time interactions with what is happen at the plant. The customer support is also great if we have an issue the support team is always ready to help.

Cons

There are no dislikes with the software especially since it is always evolving to be the most practical and easy to use platform.

Overall we are pleased with the addition of MaintainX. Our mechanics now have a place to record in one spot all maintenance records, user manuals etc to easily access when they are not in the shop.

Pros

MaintainX has been a key tool for our fleet maintenance management. MaintainX allows our mechanics to track maintenance on vehicles and equipment easily. They are on the go and need to access information on the fly. The program is user friendly and we were running it live in no time. With their great support team, we were able to bulk upload records and information with little to no manual entry. Highly Recommend!!

Cons

I can't think of anything I dislike about MaintainX. There are many features that we have not taken advantage of yet. I look forward to implementing more features!!

The app is very good. It means we have switched over from an online shared document to log breakdowns to a streamlined platform that notifies us instantly. It is also great for asset tracking and showing the linked costs of parts to each asset helping to evaluate the poorest performing machine and make changes in the future accordingly

Pros

The ability to see who is working on what, the speed in which word orders come in, the ease of integration between machines and parts. Easy to crate purchase orders and link stock to different machines. Ability to use it on mobile and desktop. Good customer support when asking about implementation of different readings

Cons

Not able to use the parts section as effectively on the mobile (when creating new parts), instead you have to go through the desktop version which isn't always to hand. Also the desktop app doesn't allow for refreshing as efficiently as the web version, not a major issue but when work order requests come in, they can sometimes take a while to appear.

Very successful Go Live with full engagement from end users from day 1 which is unusual to see with a new system deployment which demonstrates the ease of use of the system.

Pros

The end user experience was the largest benefit so far from MaintainX generating better quality data. This will lead to better data to make more informed decisions on plant assets.

Cons

The area i have liked least about MaintainX was the stores module around the cycle count functionality not yet being available for site to fully utilise.

Really positive, we have added more sites as we have gone on. We have even rolled it out to our housekeeping team.

Pros

It's adaptability is constantly adding features. We have had significant engagement with our accounts manager.

Cons

No issues to date. We looked at other software and chose Maintainx for its features, which others didn't offer.

It is HUGE and helpful tool you always have work on the app. It’s a great Shoe and I enjoy. I don’t like writing email it but it help. I mean training now.

Pros

You don’t have to ask questions you just go on the app and find work to do. It’s a huge help for our company.

Cons

Any can check off on I do so make it look like other people is doing the job when you really are doing this job

Pros

Creating tickets is every easy. Assigning work is easy. Working with \[sensitive content hidden\] has been very helpful

Cons

There is no calendar would be nice to be able to load a map that people can select location on that no Fleet Managment It would be great if there would be a way to be able to create own KPI with existing data

Pros

Easy reporting, being able to pull instant info and data in useful. Easy PM scheduling. Part is more organized. Cost tracking for asset performance.

Cons

Sometimes the new updates a re little buggy, but the team resolve, review and check in very quickly.

Exceptional Ease of Use and Intuitive Interface- Maintain X is incredibly easy to learn and navigate

Cons

Dashboard can be crowded- new user may find the dashboard a bit overwhelming or crowded. Making it harder to get up to speed.

been exceptional. I have used other systems in past jobs and this is by far the easiest to use and export reports when required

Pros

easy to operate and do reports tracking pm schedules. keeping records of what has been done and parts used for the work as well as what we have on hand

Cons

Need to upgrade to use AI. There really isn't anything else. except that extra full users cost more if you need them to have full access

I have been very pleased with my experience! Customer support is always on point and my account manager takes very good care of me.

Pros

I like how it is easy to track inventory and assets. I can locate all of my information in one place and have ready access to anything I need in real time.

Cons

The software would be more robust and useful to me if I could invoice directly from MaintainX without having to use another platform.

Fantastic. Been very pleased with the functionality of the software as well as the ease of use. Being able to login any and not having to be on a private domain has been great.

Pros

Customer support is great and real-life people on the other end of the phone. Work order management is clear and concise.

Cons

Bugs in the workload tracking portion for teams. Having issues after recording time worked not reflecting the time that person work that week in their capacity calculation.

It good new start for DG network with up-to-date features and easy operating platform of CMMS

Pros

At user friendly and up to date with modern functionalities and look of the platform. Easy to navigate, download/upload pictures, exc. Variety of TPM and RCM reports, sue of QR codes and assets, parts.

Cons

Too early to tell. I didn't have anything that has not been resolved by MaintainX team yet.

We have had a great experience. The set up process was smooth, training people on how to use it is easy & it has definitely helped our team be able to more easily request assistance from our facilities team. It has also helped us track preventative maintenance.

Pros

The software is very easy to use - both for those creating requests & those using the backend. The new AI features have made the backend processes even easier.

Cons

There really isn't much. If I had to pick something, I would say that it is easy for users to remove themselves from the organization on the device when creates extra work setting them back up. I am not sure why people even do that but they do sometimes.

Pros

MaintainX does an excellent job of tracking deployed units in the field and specific issues that certain assets have been experiencing. In addition, it does an excellent job of tracking and displaying standard operating procedures for people of all levels at a company. In addition, it is extremely customizable which we like alot and our team will continue to use MaintainX for years to come.

Cons

Automatic reporting is a feature that comes with the professional version of the software. Our team has not gotten to work with it yet but I think that this would unlock the full potential of the software and make it truly scalable.

There are limitations to non user displays. It would be helpful to have a simple way to display a dashboard of information to non users.

Overall experience has been great! Good product and great support! Implementation took a very short time and we were up and running with it in a matter of weeks, if not days.

Pros

Very user friendly! Inputting work orders and inventory is a breeze. The QR code system is also a very nice touch.

Cons

Calendar view needs a bit more pizzaz! Show me a colorful bar that diminishes and changes colors at due dates come upon us.

Overall I think MaintainX is a outstanding system for all size businesses, as my experience has been positive. Organization of work orders, parts and the automated graphing is equivalent to having a clean area to work in, as it makes following tasks for work orders much easier.

Pros

Organization of work task using automated graphing would be my favorite feature of the MaintainX system.

Cons

I do not like when there are a abounce of work orders open because with the single row of work orders they seem to get lost. So my biggest con would be that there is not the option to have more then one task column for work orders.

Pros

The app is very user friendly. We are able to customize almost all aspects of the product. Easy to navigate from screen to screen.

Cons

I don't like the transition when using desktop vs mobile app. the mobile app needs improvements so that the interface matches the quality of the desktop version

Pros

Very user friendly and fast learning curve. Great value for the money. Very easy to submit user requests and navigate work orders.

Cons

A little difficult to manage PM start times/due dates and technician scheduling availability in Maintain X since our plant works a 24/7 shift coverage.

A great CMMS that clearly outlies what you can use it for. Helpful for small and big business' alike with a good system for Planned maintenance and Procedures

Pros

Ease of use with seeing work orders, organizing planned maintenance, writing and completing procedures, and the general overall use of the product from a maintenance and asset point of view.

Cons

Sometimes the UI can be a little clunky. I've also found the inability to mass edit assets/parts sometimes frustrating, however this may be my inexperience and I'm sure an Email to our MaintainX manager or the customer support team would solve any issues we had
