Our manager think its perfect to have all their documentation in the same place year after year. Employee and managers are also better prepare when the they use Heartpace.
I like the ease of use of the system. It's easy to get started with the system and it quickly brings added value to the organization.
We really like Heartpace as a tool for collaboration between management and employee. We have used this soft for 8 months and our communication became really better, focused and more regular.
What I like most is prepared Talks, which I can schedule, invite my teammates and have meeting history. And of course, the responsive and trustworthy support-team behind the software.
Cons
Our experience is that Heartpace is digitilized but not automized and we missed some automized and userfriendly functions in Heartpace.
The GUI can in certain cases have troubles handling too much text in text areas and web browser zoom.
I can't say that I don't like someting about this software.
Sometimes it's a bit tricky to set up alerts for users.

Overall: Very good software/cloudservice at a low price with lots of positivt experiences. For m as CEO it was overall easier to get my mid management to do this kind of evaluation with their staff assisted by Heartpace.
Pros: The experience from emplyee and management is that Heartpace makes the whole work and process around employee conversations and development more professional and more accurat. To that you have an excellent formula of automatic reminders, templates and evaluation within the program.
Cons: The introductionphase could be more intuitive. I found that the templates had to be redesigned but after we done that everything was made to measure for our company.

Overall: General experience with Heartpace is always nice. Our managers really like using this tool on the regular basis.
Pros: We have implemented Heartpace as software for our HR Department and this system makes their work faster, more comfortable and more efficient. The most frequently used features are Talks and Surveys. Using Heartpace system we are now testing OKRs goal setting for several departments in our business planning.
Cons: At the beginning, we felt like we need an introduction throughout the system features for our managers as some functions may seem a bit hidden for an inexperienced user. But after having an education hour everything falls into place.

Overall: The customer service is great! Easy to contact and veryprofessionell och helpful. You get an good overview of our employees, it's easy to build the system with additions such as surveys, PAY, PAY GAP. Employment engagement etc.
Pros: It's important to gather all employee data in a system and we got an good overview of all our employees in the system. It's great to have HR-data, employment engagement surveys, pay gap etc.. in the same system.

Pros: A few years ago we understood that our team was growing and we need to find an approach to our employee management. So we were testing different tools and choosed Heartpace. We still very like 1:1 Talks with an option to build your own templates. Today we have scheduled ongoing talks with each team member.
Cons: Formbulder could be more flexible, but I know that team now is working on it

Overall: We use Heartpace for our recurring employee conversations to increase the quality of the conversations and the agreements between the manager and employees.
Pros: Very easy to use both as admin and as user. Excellent to use in employee interviews and in simple surveys. All parties' preparations are clearly visible and facilitate the conversation. Helps everyone talk about the same thing. (Sounds simple but is difficult.)
Cons: Some features are coded and can't be removed, but support is very helpful in explaining and come up with alternative solutions.
