Very good software/cloudservice at a low price with lots of positivt experiences. For m as CEO it was overall easier to get my mid management to do this kind of evaluation with their staff assisted by Heartpace.

Pros

The experience from emplyee and management is that Heartpace makes the whole work and process around employee conversations and development more professional and more accurat. To that you have an excellent formula of automatic reminders, templates and evaluation within the program.

Cons

The introductionphase could be more intuitive. I found that the templates had to be redesigned but after we done that everything was made to measure for our company.

General experience with Heartpace is always nice. Our managers really like using this tool on the regular basis.

Pros

We have implemented Heartpace as software for our HR Department and this system makes their work faster, more comfortable and more efficient. The most frequently used features are Talks and Surveys. Using Heartpace system we are now testing OKRs goal setting for several departments in our business planning.

Cons

At the beginning, we felt like we need an introduction throughout the system features for our managers as some functions may seem a bit hidden for an inexperienced user. But after having an education hour everything falls into place.

The customer service is great! Easy to contact and veryprofessionell och helpful. You get an good overview of our employees, it's easy to build the system with additions such as surveys, PAY, PAY GAP. Employment engagement etc.

Pros

It's important to gather all employee data in a system and we got an good overview of all our employees in the system. It's great to have HR-data, employment engagement surveys, pay gap etc.. in the same system.

Cons

Our experience is that Heartpace is digitilized but not automized and we missed some automized and userfriendly functions in Heartpace.

Pros

A few years ago we understood that our team was growing and we need to find an approach to our employee management. So we were testing different tools and choosed Heartpace. We still very like 1:1 Talks with an option to build your own templates. Today we have scheduled ongoing talks with each team member.

Cons

Formbulder could be more flexible, but I know that team now is working on it

We use Heartpace for our recurring employee conversations to increase the quality of the conversations and the agreements between the manager and employees.

Pros

Very easy to use both as admin and as user. Excellent to use in employee interviews and in simple surveys. All parties' preparations are clearly visible and facilitate the conversation. Helps everyone talk about the same thing. (Sounds simple but is difficult.)

Cons

Some features are coded and can't be removed, but support is very helpful in explaining and come up with alternative solutions.

We are using Heartpace for all of our HR related processes, from yearly performance appraisals to our company wide 360' Reviews and it has really made them a lot better. I can't imagine not having Heartpace as an HR tool, I use it for storing documents, sending out questionnaires, reviews, offboarding interviews, competence profiling and more. I highly recommend it!

Pros

It is very user friendly and adaptable system, you can really adapt it for your specific company's needs.

Cons

Some features I would like to have are missing, like being able to sort your goals easier.

We started using Heartpace to get a more structured way of working with our employees, tracking their competence and performance reviews. Instead of having these conversations documented in unstructured Word documents, we now have them all in one place making it easy to follow up, set goals, track progress of competence and much more. We also send out regular surveys measuring the "happiness" of our employees and this makes it easy to get a snapshot of the overall situation in the company as well as spotting trends. We are incredibly happy with Heartpace and we will continue to grow with the product and implement more of the available features as we are ready. The onboarding and support staff is great and has helped us a lot with use cases, templates and overall strategies for managing your employess.

Pros

Hearpace is an easy to use, highly configurable and powerful software to help you structure your work with employees, customers, managers etc. It gives you a great overview and keeps track of performance reviews, salary discussions, surveys and much more. It also helps you align all of the above towards your higher level goals set by you organization.

Cons

The software is easy to use but also gives you enormous freedom so it can be a bit challenging to find the "best" way of using it to maximize the output.

Overall it's a great HR tool and it helps us provide ongoing feedback for employees

Pros

In our company, we believe that 1-on-1 meetings are critical to employee engagement and the professional growth of each team member. With Heartpace we have used 1-1 Talks for 2 years and it\`s the best solution for saving historical data about our meetings.

I can\`t say that I don\`t like someting about this software. I would like to have more flexible setting for reporting

Small bugs that have been removed over time.

Heartpace has increased employee involvement when it comes to taking responsibility for your professional goals and activities. Our managers can easily follow the employee's development. The system has made us change our employee appraisals so that we now have them more often with more frequent follow-up. We will also implement more of Heartpace modules such as survey and onboaring module when it is live. I can warmly recommend Heartpace as a supplier. They are responsive, accessible and very professional. We look forward to continuing to use and learn the system.

Pros

I like the ease of use of the system. It's easy to get started with the system and it quickly brings added value to the organization.

Cons

As of today, there is nothing I do not like about the system. From going from using paper and pen for our employee talks, this has directly given us value and simplified our processes. As a supplier, Heartpace is very responsive to suggestions for new functionality.

Pros

It really saves us a lot of time (and money) and make our meetings a lot more efficient. Instead of, for example, one to one meetings taking ~40 minutes, that time was lowered to ~20 minutes and at the same time the satisfaction for employees and managers increased! We get an excellent overview of what we have agreed upon and get a much more structured way to handle many aspects of HR.

Cons

The GUI can in certain cases have troubles handling too much text in text areas and web browser zoom.

Pros

When we tried Heartpace I was convinced that this is only an HR tool. But today, besides the employee database and surveys, the most usable feature for us is Talks. We have been building and using templates for different goals: onboarding, appraisals etc.

Cons

Sometimes it\`s a bit tricky to set up alerts for users. But support always helps to do what we need

I have used it for employee interviews, goals and also made evaluations. I have used it in two different organizations and it works in all industries in an easy way. It is good that it is possible to use from the mobile phone as everyone does not work at computers.

Pros

It is an easy system to use that works for all employees. It helps to keep order and structure and you collect all information in one place. This makes it easy to follow up and confirm the employees during the year. It is good from a work environment point of view where one gets the opportunity to catch up on how the employees feel and for us as an organization to know what we have for focus areas to work with to get a pleasant workplace.

Cons

Comments from the employees did not appear in the report to the manager who received the evaluation of his staff.

The OKRs is really easy to set up, it's easy for employees to track, and employers get very valuable product for a reasonable price.

With Heartpace, we have implemented OKRs in our Marketing Department. We have got impressive results during Q4, so we still working with this software. Really easy and user-friendly OKR Module

It is easy to use! Our manager think its perfect to have all their documentation in the same place year after year. Employee and managers are also better prepare when the they use Heartpace. The function poll is also easy to use. We will definitely use it often.

Cons

The chat function is good but sometimes it takes a while before I get my response.

Pros

Before we have adopted Heartpace as OKRs management system, our goal setting approach was modern enough but still not as clear for all my colleagues. With this solution, we have started tracking our progress on a weekly basis with well-planned initiatives for all our Goals. What I like most is prepared Talks, which I can schedule, invite my teammates and have meeting history. And of course, the responsive and trustworthy support-team behind the software.

Cons

Some settings could be easier to change. Sometimes I need extra-support with newly released features in Heartpace

Heartpace is a very nice tool to find out and provides Employee Engagement.

Pros

Personally for me, the PCA of the Hartpace, I found that templates for Surveys, Talks, Evaluation are extremely useful. I also like that today we have all the historical data in one place.

Cons

Would love to be able to customize reports and statistics for surveys
