Customer service is mediocre. Software is buggy and we run into a lot of issues that slow our staff down. Planning to start looking at changing to one of the competitor software program due to these issues. Pros The idea behind the program is fantastic but the program itself need a lot of help for what they want to charge. The idea is what I like most about Vish. Cons We are constantly slowed down by bugs and issues they always say are user error or "updates". They offered auto synching to the main system, phorest. After an entire year of havng the feature, they started charging for this feature. Seems a bit grabby to us. We have three locations and the added fee is no small sum. I wish I had this all the years I’ve been a hairstylist. It makes my life so much easier. I love knowing exactly how much to mix and exactly how much to charge. It has really leveled up my game as a colorist with my clients. They are also impressed with Vish. I’m happy that I’m not washing so much color down the drain anymore, money too. Pros I love knowing exactly how much color to mix and exactly how much to charge my clients when extra color is used. Cons I don’t have any complaints about Vish. Sounds like a great idea but not getting accurate results it is constantly having trouble connecting to the scale Cons The system constantly fails to connect to the scale so we constantly can't use it so we're not getting accurate results. This has been a continuing ongoing issue. I've reached out I've done what they told me I was supposed to do. Pros I love that I can reweigh my color and the next time my client comes in it doest the math for me so less wast, which saves money! Cons my only complaint is it takes a few minutes for the app to connect in the morning to the days appointments. I would love to see them evolve the app and make some improvements but I will probably still be using it until then. Pros I love that vish saves my exact color formula everytime I mix up and eliminates guess work. Its helpful to see all of the color choices written down when Im creating formulas. Cons Vish does not correspond well with the salon software we use. I have some trouble with reweighs transferring from the first appointment into future appointments. Pros After implementing Vish in our salon I finally know where my $$$ was going...down the drain. Also, I love that it keeps accurate records of color. I don't have to guess what I did last time. Cons Some of the features to this day I still don't use because I don't know how. I am sure if I spent the time I could find it though. The customer service has been really good and they've been available to help me through any issues I might have had. It is encouraging to mix a bowl of color at someone's next visit, and have just enough color for them, and not be dumping a large amount in the trash! Pros It can reduce the amount of waste. In a large and busy salon, this number can be huge! Cons Glitches that are common with software and random bugs that tend to pop up. It can take extra time to navigate through and add in color. Love the technology and how we can see color usage in the salon. Cons What I didn't like about the product was that the little bugs and glitches (which they always fix).
