Sounds like a great idea but not getting accurate results it is constantly having trouble connecting to the scale Cons The system constantly fails to connect to the scale so we constantly can't use it so we're not getting accurate results. This has been a continuing ongoing issue. I've reached out I've done what they told me I was supposed to do. Pros I love that I can reweigh my color and the next time my client comes in it doest the math for me so less wast, which saves money! I would love to see them evolve the app and make some improvements but I will probably still be using it until then. Pros I love that vish saves my exact color formula everytime I mix up and eliminates guess work. Its helpful to see all of the color choices written down when Im creating formulas. Cons Vish does not correspond well with the salon software we use. I have some trouble with reweighs transferring from the first appointment into future appointments. The customer service has been really good and they've been available to help me through any issues I might have had. It is encouraging to mix a bowl of color at someone's next visit, and have just enough color for them, and not be dumping a large amount in the trash! Pros It can reduce the amount of waste. In a large and busy salon, this number can be huge! Cons Glitches that are common with software and random bugs that tend to pop up. It can take extra time to navigate through and add in color.
