Have seen so much less waste and awareness about mixing from the team! Pros LOVE that I can see how much we are using of each color, how much is wasted but also what we use the most so ordering can be SMART not hard! Cons It adds time to the mixing process and it is all dependent on the users using it accurately and re-weighing to get exact results. Pros I love that I can reweigh my color and the next time my client comes in it doest the math for me so less wast, which saves money! Sounds like a great idea but not getting accurate results it is constantly having trouble connecting to the scale Cons The system constantly fails to connect to the scale so we constantly can't use it so we're not getting accurate results. This has been a continuing ongoing issue. I've reached out I've done what they told me I was supposed to do. But during busy season this is not working for me and it's extremely frustrating when you pay good money for a system that doesn't work is often as this one doesn't work Review Source TS Tara S. I would love to see them evolve the app and make some improvements but I will probably still be using it until then. Pros I love that vish saves my exact color formula everytime I mix up and eliminates guess work. Its helpful to see all of the color choices written down when Im creating formulas. Pros After implementing Vish in our salon I finally know where my $$$ was going...down the drain. Also, I love that it keeps accurate records of color. I don't have to guess what I did last time. September 21, 2018 5.0 Pros As a salon owner, I can tell you the system really works and helps keep waste under control. We've been with them from the beginning. We now use the dashboard numbers in our daily huddles to make sure everyone knows their waste and to be accountable. People think they have little to no waste. I'm telling you until you see it in actuality and know EXACTLY who the culprits are you won't ever understand the waste and opportunity lost. It's mind-blowing! Cons What I didn't like about the product was that the little bugs and glitches (which they always fix). The customer service has been really good and they've been available to help me through any issues I might have had. It is encouraging to mix a bowl of color at someone's next visit, and have just enough color for them, and not be dumping a large amount in the trash! Pros It can reduce the amount of waste. In a large and busy salon, this number can be huge! Cons Glitches that are common with software and random bugs that tend to pop up. It can take extra time to navigate through and add in color.
