"Not for the UK"

**Overall:** Not the best. The time difference between the UK and the USA made it difficult to resolve issues in a timely manner.

**Pros:** It was easy to follow and use, but when you had administrative issues, it was not as straightforward as the initial setup.

**Cons:** Customer Support was not to our expectation. After realising that the customer service is held in the USA we wanted to cancel our membership and to this day nobody has responded to our emails. We are no longer actively using the software as it no longer matches our needs and requirements and then you proceeded to deduct membership fees from our account without prior notice.

"Great Software"

**Overall:** Overall, the software has received positive feedback from our end-users.

**Pros:** Great UI intuitive and meets and exceeds current company needs.

**Cons:** Entering new user data can be a little cumbersome.
