Very positive, my company will continue to use for the foreseeable future as they're the best.

Pros

I like the simplicity of the setup, but depth of the program. It's not too difficult to setup and looks great. It has plenty of features that your company can make use of. The cherry on top is the affordable pricing and their willingness to work with you to meet your needs.

Cons

Customization could be a bit better, as well as the variables feature. I'd love to be able to create custom sign in variables and add them to the badge similar to the email. I would also love to be able to rearrange the iPad screen icons.

There were about 4 others, I forgot their names. offered everything they did AND more AND had a lower price. Makes no sense to get any of them. On top of all that, VIsitly was willing to work with us to meet our needs.

Overall, its been an excellent product, Moving away from paper sign-ins to digital has been a real life saver. its easy to manage and the reception team has less on their plate to worry about.

Pros

does Visitor Management Right, no bulk application if you dont want it, face recognition technology for easy sign ins and a clean and simple to use UI. Even administration is simple to do. Price is reasonable and was a much better experience then other options we tested

Cons

I dont have much i dont like, the only thing is any feedback gets lost in a black hole. they say thank you and well take it into consideration, and then you never hear about it even if it could be extremely useful to you and other companies facing similar issues. Overall, theres not much I would change so this doesnt take away from its usefulness as is.

### "Not for the UK"

Not the best. The time difference between the UK and the USA made it difficult to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Pros

It was easy to follow and use, but when you had administrative issues, it was not as straightforward as the initial setup.

Cons

Customer Support was not to our expectation. After realising that the customer service is held in the USA we wanted to cancel our membership and to this day nobody has responded to our emails. We are no longer actively using the software as it no longer matches our needs and requirements and then you proceeded to deduct membership fees from our account without prior notice.

From reaching out to the sales team to setting the system up in our lobby, the experience has been smooth and simple.

Pros

The simplicity for visitors to use. Guests enter our lobby and are able to sign in through efficiently, we don't have to guide them through the steps and it's been a great tool to manage who is in our building!

Cons

So far we have not run into any issues with the system and are very happy.

Terrible to poor. Every day it is offline and has to be rebooted. You cannot easily register bulk visitors or pre-register people

Pros

NOTHING! The support sucks, the product does not stay online, and bulk registration doesn't work. I should be able to give you zero or negative stars!

Cons

Bulk pre-registration doesn't work, pre-registration doesn't work, the printer goes offline every 12 - 16 hours, the app goes offline every 24 hours

Everything has been great. We haven't experienced any major or minor issues. The price point was also good for the product we received.

Pros

I appreciated that the initial set up with easy and simple. Daily use has also been seamless. As admins, there is a lot of visibility.

Cons

Nothing so far. Everything has been working to our liking. We haven't had any issues where we've needed to reach out for support.

Pros

The ability to have a separate check-in process for employees is why we moved to Visitly.

Cons

We wanted color labels and expected the product to send color to the printer. Instead, we discovered we needed to purchase custom labels to get colors, which was cost-prohibitive.

Very positive experience, we have a iPad at our entrance with the app and are able to streamline the guest experience without the need for a receptionist. Any visitors are able to notify their guests by text and email that they've arrived and it saves time from someone else having to stop what they're doing and get the door. We have not used it in this way yet, but we are also planning on using this for some compliance elements for tracking visitor logs.

Pros

Simple to set up, simple to maintain. We were able to easily customize the elements we needed when we implemented and adding or removing users is very simple to do.

Cons

Sometimes the app will freeze and we need to close it out and open it back up.

Overall, is a great platform to use for any business that requires guest to sign in. If you give it time, you'll get your head around how it works and how it could integrate into your business.

Pros

We liked the Pass option for our returning volunteers, it saves them time when signing in - it's like a shortcut. Visitly is somewhat easy to use, and fits in well for our school.

Cons

can feel a little confusing at first, there's so many options. It took us a few weeks to get our heads around the system, it's features and how it works. Sometimes, if the facial recognition feature is in use, it doesn't recognize some of our volunteers.

Overall I would highly recommend this software and would buy it again in a heartbeat. The value for the money is there and while there are a lot of other software packages that can do what this does, this would be what I recommend again and again.

Pros

This was easy to implement and users find it easy to sign in. Our staff likes the notification of a guest there to see them and the ability to track who is in plant and when they leave is beneficial.

Cons

Would like to have more templates for name tags that we can customize.

directly enables customers to recognize their returning visitors in a mere few seconds to help them make a swift sign-in. We also make use of an online website interface that allows us to monitor and study visitor details for the purpose of enhancing our services.​

Cons

We’ve deduced that the facial recognition is only effective in the light areas, and there is usually manual check-in in low light. These conversion limitations mean that we need to provide enough lighting in the reception area which is not always possible.​

The combination of with the one we use, such as Google Workspace, has helped in simplifying the visitor management at our company. This also enable staff to pre-arrange visits such that the calendar of each visitor is synchronized thus creating a smooth timetable for the visitors.​

The integration process was a relatively intricate one and could only be done after some help from the IT people here.

I really don't have anything bad to say about because I have never encountered issues with it. Problems that arose were either due to user error or mobile management policies.
