Here's a segment of my request that Plutio declined: After reviewing the advertised specifications and platform capabilities of Plutio, we signed up for an annual subscription under the agency plan. However, we soon discovered that the platform does not meet several essential requirements for our operations. It lacks consistency in task identification, and it fails to retain assigned task data and property values across its various tools. While we appreciate the numerous templates and customization options, the platform falls short in effectively triggering task creation with proper DDS or placeholder specifications, other than in its proposal and contract generation features. Even with snippets, the inability to create tasks using pre-designed templates with snippet inserts hampers our workflows and prevents automation within the platform. We reached out to support regarding these issues and received confirmation that the features we need are unavailable in Plutio. Additionally, relying on third-party integrations or API implementations would still lead to significant shortcomings in key operational components. Fulfilling our minimum requirements through integrations would require extensive customization for each client using the platform. Please see the attached PDF of an email thread containing Plutio support's response to one of our requests for reference. Lastly, the platform's ability to translate certain terminology (e.g., projects) is severely lacking. While customizing portals and menu labels is useful, translating all key terms across the platform is not an option, which could create confusion for clients and internal users. However, Plutio's failure to meet our expectations stems from a misrepresentation of its advertised features. Therefore, we request a pro-rated refund to reimburse us for the remaining 10 months of our annual subscription that we have not utilized.

Pros

Quick setup configuration. Pricing structure was promising. Alleged features were robust.

Cons

Sadly, Plutio displays false advertising when it comes to their "automations" features displayed all over their website. Not only are the majority of the platform's workspaces completely disconnected, having no consistent task synchronization across different data tables, but the there is no internal automation tool that allows the configuration of triggering specific actions. For any real automation capabilities with standardized trigger, condition, action parameters, Plutio refers users to utilizing third party APIs and NCL tools such as Zapier or Make. you I emailed them my desire to cancel and requested a refund. They declined my request and only refuted the shortcomings that I addressed with them.

One of the things I liked most about Plutio is its all-in-one platform, which simplifies project management by integrating tasks, invoicing, and time tracking in one place. It’s user-friendly, customizable, and offers a seamless way to collaborate with team members and clients, reducing the need for multiple tools. This streamlines workflow and improves productivity.

Cons

While Plutio offers a lot of great features, the learning curve can be a bit steep at first, especially with so many customizable options. However, once you get the hang of it, the platform becomes very intuitive and powerful for managing projects and tasks efficiently.

Pros

Lo que más valoramos de Plutio es su versatilidad de funcionalidades ya que puedes utilizarlo como gestión de ventas de clientes y proveedores, gestionar proyectos de diferentes formas (kanban, sincronización con calendarios...) y poner la facturación.

Cons

Al ser un programa todo en uno hay funcionalidades como la de facturación y contabilidad que resultan un poco básicas.

Almost really good, but the bugs and occasional customer facing errors were too much and eventually I jumped ship to another product that's not quite as powerful but is super reliable.

Pros

Pluto has most things that you need to run a one person business all under one roof. It has great task and project management tools, collaboration with clients, contract signing, billing, forms etc.

Cons

Sometimes the team will make changes to the product that are not backwards compatible, without warning. New features are often buggy when first released. The quality control and testing seems lacking.

For a specific project, I need an all-in-one product to cover all aspects of it. Plutio is now well-known among freelancers and small businesses as an excellent product. If you are a beginner, the founder has created extensive documentation to help you properly set up Plutio.

Pros

This application is a genuine all-in-one product. It can be used on multiple devices, making it extremely convenient for completing your project anywhere.

It is difficult to find some problem. This product is well designed.

Una de las funciones que más me gusta de Plutio, más allá de administrar clientes es su capacidad para gestionar proyectos. Esta herramienta me ha permitido agilizar una variedad de proyecto e ideas, desde la creación de páginas web y contenidos, incluso la grabación de videos. El recordatorio es muy útil para mantener al día las tareas, y progresar en cada etapa del proyecto hasta alcanzar el objetivo. En sí, tiene muchas funciones claves para gestionar un negocio. Pero una cosa que valoro de esta plataforma, es su capacidad de multi-idiomas. Por lo general, los CRM con funciones avanzadas andan bien solo en inglés, pero esta herramienta fluye genial en español. Este es un plus muy importante para mí y también lo será para los emprendedores y marketers de habla hispana.

Cons

Quizás una desventaja que le encuentro a esta plataforma serían sus precios. Ya que para poder obtener funciones más avanzadas es necesario pagar un poco más. Pero al ser multifuncional ayuda a su vez a no usar o pagar por otras herramientas.

Support is good. Invoicing is good. For what I use it for I'm a happy customer. I know it's a small business and there's not a lot of developers working on it, but even so the product always seems to be growing.

Pros

I purchased Plutio on AppSumo. I was using FreshBooks but it was expensive and I only need invoicing. The invoicing part works well so I stayed with Plutio.

Cons

Search isn't helpful. If I want to look up a task from a customer to reuse I can't do that. I should be able to search for anything.

The capturing of clients with the proposal>contract>invoice is great and is what got me to use it in the first place. Once you've got the client, I'd move them on to a different system because Plutio is so flakey. Customer support is poor, taking days or even weeks to get back to you.It's a shame, because it has so much promise, but in the end it over promises and under delivers.

Pros

The automated proposal which when accepted takes you to the contract, which when signed auto generates an invoice based on the options selected in the proposal and then presents it for payment. All in one flow. Now that is slick!

Cons

The bugs! Oh my goodness, the bugs. Plutio tries to do everything, and they don't have the capacity. New features are rolled out with little testing, or changed ins ays that are not backwards compatible with what they've already got. Using Plutio to run your business ends up being a lot of work!
