### "It just gets better and better!"

I got Plutio some time ago, I got to be honest that in the beginning when I got it about nearly 2 years ago, it wasn't exactly very friendly, and the learning curve is rather steep. However, they have constantly been releasing new updates and improvements for their online app that had really left a great impression on me! I personally feel that the team makes great efforts to ensure that all the issues/feedback that is provided by their clients are solved and met in a timely matter. I HIGHLY recommend Plutio for anyone who is looking forward for a good and brilliant CRM!

Pros

I love how the software allows me to manage all the projects and tasks of my team members using a simple checklist method.

Cons

THe learning curve of the product can be a little steep for people who aren't exactly tech savvy.

Reason for choosing Plutio

To be fair, I just thought that Plutio seem to have more functionalities.

I've had this app for about 2 years sitting in my app collection box. This year, i've FINALLY decided to use it. And I am SO glad that I did. It's so easy to track all the systems I am creating in my business in one convenient place. Recently I had a question and the answers were given so quickly. Customer service is so personable and they are quick to help you get your issue solved. They're always open to letting users know what's in the timeline in our facebook group and ask us often what we really would like to see in the app.

Pros

Customer service is AMAZING Love the color scheme You can create proposals right inside the app They have a handy mobile app Creating projects is easy

Cons

I'd like to be able to send agreements to clients independent of a proposal. I know this is something they are working on, though

After using Plutio for well over 6 months, I found myself not completely satisfied with my experience. For my style business which has a regular source of work repeating each week I needed something that was specially designed for this type of work. I found Plutio was good at most things - but not specialised in one particular project management style. I feel if they focused their strategy and became really good in one area (for example, project management) they would have an exceptional piece of software. As it stands they are more a piece of software that is just ok at everything.

Pros

I used Plutio for my CRM purposes in my business and it did the job to an extent. I found the Plutio to be more suited to a project management style business (like one off projects or contracts), rather than a business that has regular recurring tasks each week and month - which is the style of business that I own. The interface of Plutio is very clean and will appeal to those who like minimalist style task managers. It also has good options to do sprints in projects and trying to get a feel for where resources can be allocated within the business.

Cons

In app communications were not as robust as other software that I have used. I found myself searching for past comments a lot and not being able to locate the information that I needed from the history of the search. Also the invoicing function was a bit too basic for my requirements. I required more options to customize my invoices for each client and I would often find myself taking time to manually adjust the invoices. In the end I moved my invoicing out of Plutio to an external software which specialises in an accounting system.

Pros

Plutio is such a great tool to be able to manage clients. It's like a Swiss army knife for my freelancing needs. Having tried a lot of quality competing products and I am stoked with Plutio's feature set, how actively developed it is and its bold roadmap. The growing list of integrations with platforms like Stripe, Zapier and Integrately are quickly making Plutio the perfect app for agencies and freelancers.

Cons

I would like to see more integrations and prioritization on the consistent development of important features

I not only love their software but the team behind it, owner and team are very responsive on the FB group.

Pros

I love that I can run most of my project management and administrative tasks in one software. I love that they don't charge per user but affordable plans.

Cons

Although they release constant improvements they should add ACH as a payment provider, this is a big feature we need.

Pros

As a business owner, one thing that easily gets tiring is having to use multiple different tools that don't sync between each other to keep up with business operations, that's where tools like Plutio come in, a single place to do project management, CRM and keeping track of payments, it's really convenient and having the option to use it the browser or in the phone app, it's really easy to keep up with everything that is going on in my business.

Cons

It's really feels like a work in progress tools since some of the functions are not robust enough, especially the CRM part, the current implementation covers the basics but basically any other CRM tool would be way more complete, the only real advantage to using the in built function is that it's well integrated with the other functions so convenience beats overall functions.

The capturing of clients with the proposal>contract>invoice is great and is what got me to use it in the first place. Once you've got the client, I'd move them on to a different system because Plutio is so flakey. Customer support is poor, taking days or even weeks to get back to you.It's a shame, because it has so much promise, but in the end it over promises and under delivers.

Pros

The automated proposal which when accepted takes you to the contract, which when signed auto generates an invoice based on the options selected in the proposal and then presents it for payment. All in one flow. Now that is slick!

Cons

The bugs! Oh my goodness, the bugs. Plutio tries to do everything, and they don't have the capacity. New features are rolled out with little testing, or changed ins ays that are not backwards compatible with what they've already got. Using Plutio to run your business ends up being a lot of work!

### "Great All-In-One Agency Management Tool"

My workflow was comprised of various SaaS tools for each task, such as proposals, invoicing, project management. I had to log in to over 6-7 apps to go through my tasks. Switching to Plutio allowed me to merge all of them into one, saving my team a lot of time.

Pros

It is very easy to set up and use. It's been around for a few years and the team is always updating and working on the platform. Everything works smoothly. All of the features, including project management, allow you to work inside one portal.

Cons

It is very simple and basic - which is great when you are starting out. It can be difficult to scale if your processes become more complicated. Proposals and contracts are also very simple and basic, but it works.

I use Plutio to create quotes, generate invoices, for project management and as a CRM.

Pros

Also as a freelance web designer I have to take care of quotes, invoices and project management of course. Plutio combines all this and more. I can easily create really nice quotes, customize them, store contracts, create invoices and much, much more. My clients can access their latest invoices with their own access to the client portal and actively collaborate on tasks or projects. For me, Plutio is a true all-in-one solution that combines pretty much everything I need for my back office.

Cons

There are still a few bugs here and there, but these are mostly temporary.

We use Plutio in our agency to track our time per project (timesheets), generate recurring invoices for some clients, project management, and a lite-CRM. It does a great job of bringing all of these things under one roof, so there's only one subscription to manage ever month!

Pros

Plutio is essentially the swiss army knife for startups. The Kanban boards are comparable to Trello, Invoicing is quite robust with payments, and recurring invoices. Time tracking per project is great, and works wonderfully for managing hourly/cost budgets. Best of all, Plutio is quite cost effective for teams, with the base package allowing up to 5 users. Even the solo/freelancer tier is very generous. The UI/UX throughout the app is also A1. All of our staff members had no issues switching over from other softwares and getting the hang of Plutio within 1 working day.

Cons

There isn't a whole lot to dislike about Plutio. Feature-wise, it'll fall a bit short in some places when compared to standalone competitors (ex: Timesheet functionality compared to Harvest, etc.).

There is alot of business management software out there. Sure some has more features, but a management system should not be a burden to use. It should be easy and well polished. Easy to understand-UI and have native apps for all your devices. Plutio has all that, and im not changing my main management software ever again.

Pros

Ease of use to get startet. It looks and feels amazing. This is the "Apple" of business management software.

Cons

There is some issue with changing back to english if you change, but they will fix it soon they say. There is nothing else that bothers me of this software.

Plutio has been part of my software arsenal for just a matter of months so far; I haven’t quite committed to it whole-heartedly in my day job in higher education, but I keep it open on my desktop and utilize it for jotting quick tasks that follow me around on my various devices. I plan on moving my wife’s small service business to Plutio when the subscription runs out on another SAAS service, so I’m a believer in what the developers are up to and where they are heading.

Pros

Right out of the virtual box, Plutio is really adept at managing a growing business, with links to projects and tasks, proposals, invoices and time-tracking, along with links to your calendar(s), contacts and more. It is clearly an overachiever.

Cons

With its broad approach, it can be hard to be the best-of-breed in so many areas, and the danger is that the user will get stuck in Plutio-world while the real world passes them by. To their credit, however, the developers are constantly adding features—including integrations to those other “best-of-breed” products and services.

Pros

I like how I can add permission to my clients as well as partners in a project. Massive benefit as they can access and share important info and see all the tasks. Also, the invoicing features which now has subscriptions.

Cons

Often when new features are released something breaks and it can take some time to fix it. However, it always gets fixed but it takes time which can frustrate me sometimes.

I'm able to stay focused on project management and not having to login to email/ticketing system, to live chat, to project management, to invoicing system. Everything is in one cute little place.

Pros

I'm in love w. this app, there's a few shortcomings that tech support is PROACTIVELY working with me but I have to say, the fact that I can send contracts from the same place where I can have unlimited customers, and up to 30 freaking team members, IS AWESOME! We are even communicating via chats, AND there's even a livechat I can add to my site, process payments as well... Plutio is just the one software I've been looking for the past 15 years.

Cons

It can take some time to set up because it is 100% brandable - especially if you get the white label add-on- and there's some DNS management needed for that to work. There's no easy integrations like integrations with Zapier There's no bookkeeping capability or integration. Like Plutio would be truly complete if at the very least it could be integrated with Freshbooks, Quickbooks, or Xero

Pros

We have been using Plutio for about 3 years now, and it's a tool we use daily for our business. Plutio is not just a project management tool, it's way more than that. You can send proposals, invoices, subscriptions, manage projects with shareable dashboards and everything you need to operate your business. We are a small design agency, and this app is just perfect for us. I want to see automations, but Leo (the founder) said they are coming.

Cons

They need to add automations to make the workflow easier, also, allow tasks from email. This will make things easier.

Overall I really enjoy using Plutio, I like how customizable it is and that it's not bloated software, and the interface is nice to look at and use.

Pros

Seriously, loving how Plutio makes it easy to create proposals, contracts, have various templates and task boards for projects. It's simple to get started and the support is also very helpful! The speed at which new features come out is also excellent, and I enjoy that there is a mobile app so we can view tasks/projects on the go and also create items on the go.

Cons

Since it's newer, some features may not be present yet, but they are in progress!!

I was looking for a solution whereby there is extensive timesheet, task and project feature. I need to manage my internal staff members as well as a large group of technical contractors

Pros

The templates and custom fields had been very useful for us to customize the solution to tailor to our needs. Today we have different types and designs of kanban boards in the projects to suit different project types (Time and Material, Fixed Price, Managed Services, Internal Projects, Customer Support). The timesheet feature is also very robust for us to identify project and task overrun because all of the features can be linked together. Developers are also very responsive to our inquiries and fast to get bugs squashed

Cons

A better mobile app and reporting platform would be appreciated.

GitScrum is great for project management - that's my secondary requirement.

Working with Plutio is a charm. I tried alot of similar tools before staying and subscribing with Plutio. Why? it comes in multiple interface languages, there is alot of features at the same place. It is easy to understand and switch between projects and the interface is pretty and simple to use. Also, the team is really responsive to your demands and comments.

Pros

I am an independent consultant and Plutio makes my work simpler by having multiple tools at the same place. There is alot of important features.

Cons

I think alot of features could be added, but because it is pretty much a start-up it is comprehensible.

The is an excellent CEO. He responds directly to customers and once he receives a complaint or suggestion (via a dedicated Facebook group), he gets to work on trying to resolve problems and implement suggestions.

Pros

I like the concept of the software. I like the promise it makes and what you can do with it. I really like that Plutio knows who their target market are - freelancers and business owners who do projects for clients, with or without a team. The value proposition is clear, and the purpose of the software is clear. This is why I bought into a subscription - because I am in the target audience and I believed that this software could help me make my project process smoother when working with clients.

Cons

I sadly didn't continue my subscription to the software as I don't see myself being able to get my clients onboard with using the software with me on projects. I bought a subscription to the software twice and have cancelled it both times, as it took me a while to set up and I battled to see how I could fit it into my existing work processes without throwing out quite a lot of my existing process. It's labour intensive in the beginning - obviously because every user uses the software differently because every business is different in how it operates.

Pros

So simple and clean interface. In a couple of minutes, you learn how to use it. They have webhooks!

I would like to have a pipeline for projects.

Pros

I love the idea of Plutio and how it does have a plan to be a really great tool with all the features that are pre built in with the software. So many awesome things packed into one place.

Cons

It lacks some key integrations that other platforms have. Currently there is no Zapier integration to make this software do more powerful things but it is on the map. I may revisit Plutio after this and the software becomes a little more stable and less buggy.

Fantastic experience overall. My clients love it and being able to see exactly where we are at in the process and what's coming up.

Pros

For a while I've searched for something that would allow me to group several tools into one, and Plutio is it. Plutio has allowed me to share my process with the client, to create and send both a Proposal and Contract that auto invoices them once they sign it and allows them to pay via PayPal, Stripe, or directly to my bank. File uploads and sharing, messaging, and more.... Honestly it goes way beyond what I would have expected with all the features it has. It really is an all in one management tool for me. Support is top notch, nothing but praise for them.

Cons

My only complaint and it's not an issue, is that I would like to see a little better layout/design of the app dashboard.
