Helps to organize my business operations

Pros

Plutio solves the most basic and important aspect of every legitimate business - tracking and organizing of business's quote/proposal and invoices. Everything under one login and the best part is the clean and intuitive interface which keeps things organized and searchable. Your business operations can be accessed using their mobile app as well, a true time-saver.

Cons

Wish there's more automation involved in the process. eg. unsigned quotation/proposals (ocr determine or email track) will trigger an email reminder to client.

Professional. Professional. Professional. That's my overall experience with Plutio. This is a great tool for project and client management, with integrations for payments, invoicing, it does it all, at a great price point.

Pros

The Plutio team continues to be on fire, constantly upgrading their service. I use Plutio for my workflow: Form/Survey>Proposals>Invoices - Payments>Contracts>Client Management, Project Management>Communication - Inbox - Chat Widget - Calendar - Wiki>Survey.

Cons

Ummmm. There is really nothing there to dislike! The Plutio Team is so responsive to users, there is a great community, and it's a great tool.

I now use it for all my business jobs. I continue to use it and love it.

Pros

It offers 90% of the features I need for running my business. There is a client portal and it has invoicing.

Cons

Gmail to tasks is still lacking but features are continually popping up and I believe within a year, this program will be the best of the best.

So far it has made my life so much easier with regards to managing my business and having all the relevant information in one place that easy to access via computer and mobile device

Pros

Has nice proposal capability, can auto-generate a project with tasks, so if you do the same thing repeatedly then this is a great thing. You get notified if someone views your proposal. It lets you generate subscription invoices, lets you know when it is viewed & paid, and will auto send it, and gives you the option for recurring, weekly, monthly, etc. It also gives you the ability to invite customers and they can access the areas that you allow. You can create temples for Proposals, projects, task groups, etc. It also allows you to communicate with your customer and keeps records of all that communication, and will also add any customer replies to those communications They also have a mobile app that makes it easy forme to have access to all the information in the system

Cons

Wish that they had more automation for proposals, such as if someone approved a proposal, then send them an email with your calendar link to set up a kick-off meeting. Also, wish they had more API options for proposals as well

Just started and it was very easy to setup my company and branding. Easy to understand even with all the features provided (well done)

Pros

Really easy to use and customize (with white label paid add-on even better). If they continues with the pace of updates like they did the past year then this product is hard to beat. The roadmap looks very promising but Plutio is al ready very feature rich and has almost all i need to start my small business. No need for a few different products to be able to have the same productivity. Hope you get enough paying customers soon to expand your team and business and be able to add even more updates and integrations.

Cons

Hope that all future updates will be available in my 2018 black friday deal and not as a separate payable add-on like the white label add-on. There might be a risk that his small business and startup target group cannot afford it anymore and get disappointed.

It's been really good, saved me so much time creating proposals and contracts

Pros

I love the fact that they have a mobile app. Also that my clients can sign my proposals digitally online with their mobile phones, and also the ability to save my proposals as templates.

Cons

They don't currently have the ability when creating an invoice, that some services can be for a monthly as well as one time, or an invoice that will be on a continual basis. But I do believe this is on the road map, as I asked if this could be a feature request.

Pros

We run a service company that needed a tool to help manage and keep track of tasks, documents for clients. Plutio helps our business runs systematically while still can provide flexibility. This is great for growth! These are some of the great features of Plutio you would get: the flexible dashboard, financial features issuing invoices/receipts with templates, proposal and project management with Kanban view are very helpful! Very comprehensive features and functions.

Cons

still need automation and better inbox which are worked on currently, I believe.

Pros

Able to handle multiple businesses, each with its own invoice system, time tracking, proposals and other tools for managing your business operation. Team management withh custom fields feature and customize permission settings for inviting contractors and clients. Amazing.

Cons

The mobile app, specifically ios seems very slow to load up and process. Is a nice feature by Plutio to help us manage our business on the go but speed performance must be taken care of.

The interface is great. Elegant and user-friendly. I know some businesses that use Plutio for everything. I don't. I mostly use it for standard operating procedures (SOP) and task lists. Great UI.

Pros

This is a very special app. It's a project management tool and is bundled with a lot of features including a CRM and business proposal utility.

Cons

You could say that Plutio is still in beta. And it looks that it will be forever beta, because it has bugs here and there. They are always adding new features, and bugs.

Overall, I'm really happy with my experience with Plutio. I think it will serve my team and I well.

Pros

Plutio is feature-packed and the team behind it is very active. I've watched it grow from its infancy and recently started using it recently now that I feel like it's mature enough. It has just about everything you could want in invoicing software and is getting there on the CRM front.

Cons

I'd love for it to integrate with automation and accounting services. Built-in marketing automation would also be amazing.

I think Plutio will one day replace my company's CRM as a whole, the all in one solution i'm looking forward to.

Pros

I love the ability to customize it and make it your own. You can keep your company branding in all aspects of the software. Also the ability to have your own extranet and intranet.

Cons

It is still growing software and lacks some CRM capabilities like scheduling and intake forms. But i see on their website they adding it sometime in the future.

Good job done but can be made better still with the help of the technical team.

Pros

Plutio was helpful while working remotely during the pandemic for easy task management. Our company had no experience of work from home but plutio made it easier for me to manage the employees' tasks and also increased their productivity when working from home.

Cons

Sometimes you have to face technical glitches and errors. Dealing with such errors every now and then is surely a con.

Cons

Bugs : Sometimes there are bugs that pop their little heads up from time to time. The team is doing a great job at staying on them but it can be a couple of days / weeks before they can fix them.

Pros

I use Plutio as a CRM, for sharing tasks with clients, for sending proposals (and getting them signed) and much more. Great have one location for all these things.

Cons

Plutio is quite new and not all functionality is there yet, BUT customer support is amazing and i have faith that the functionality i need will be added in the coming months.

It helps us to easily communicate with our clients and systemise our business.

Pros

I like the simplicity, usefulness and power of Plutio. I use Plutio to create Projects for each of our clients, within each project, I set up tasks that need to be completed for each client in the form of trello-style cards (Trello no longer needed). Under each project/client, all our communication, tasks, invoices, files and calendar all remain in one place. We have been able to invite clients to Plutio so that all communications are kept in one place. There are more features to come and I can't wait what else Plutio will offer to support the efficiency of the client experience.

Cons

None so far. Perhaps new features could be introduced much quicker but that's probably me being impatient.

As we are still testing this app we are still learning what it can do and can't, but so far it is a good bang for your buck.

Pros

This tool is great if you are looking to track multiple jobs with multiple contributors. You can easily create tasks and add real time time to a job or you can add bulk time at a later date. It has good reports to track jobs and times. You can also give your clients access so they follow along without getting into other projects.

Cons

The only con is getting everyone on track to use the tool, sometimes even i forget to update status on projects.

This tool has allowed me to stay in touch with customers and their projects on a more frequent level than just email.

Pros

This is a great tool when you have too many projects to keep track of. It is great when you want to invite clients to review your progress or allow them to input any changes. Plutio also allows for time tracking and invoicing.

Cons

There are a few quarks that I'm sure may be updated in the future but really don't hinder the software at this point. Left and right scroll don't always work but this can also be my machine. It has it's own invoicing software that ties to paypal or stripe, but currently does not tie into 3rd party invoice software.

Reason for choosing Plutio

Great features and usability for the price.

Proposals are better than other dedicated proposal software that I have used before, it is especially great for small business or freelancers.

Pros

Proposals are very nice, easy to build, they are constantly adding features and making the platform better.

Cons

No way to bring over existing Stripe customers. It has to be done manually, or the client has so sign up again.
