This is almost an all in one project management tool. Plutio continues to add functionality and improve upon features, and I'm excited to see where it's at a year later. Cons SO MANY FEATURES! There are so many features that are being improved upon and created, that it often hinders the functionality of others. Some things get overlooked, or don't function as you think they should - I wish more focus would be placed upon core features to solidify them so we can feel more confident about using it. Maybe in the future it will be able to integrate with your other programs and it will no longer be a Planet on its own. Pros When Plutio relaunched itself in one of the popular software deal sites, I was very eager to grab hold myself of the software. I see so much potential that is not yet realized at the moment for the software. It has a ton of features like doing your own Project Management / Checklists, Invoices, Proposals, Contracts, and even managing your staff. Cons Unfortunately, Plutio devs have their hands tied up since they got so many features, it is very hard to focus on a single roadmap or feature. Also their white label subscription is just not right, everything is sent from a single email address for ALL subscribers. Customizing your own interface is part of the White Label subscription, which for me is like kind of a bummer. February 20, 2019 3.0 Pros I like being able to do multiple things such as proposals and managing client information in a centralized place. Cons I bought this on AppSumo with a lifetime license because it was Black Friday and figured having software that can help with proposals and such especially digitally would be invaluable. I personally find the experience a little clunky despite the drag and drop interface and the template library leaves a lot to be desired (there are about 10 or so total) in quality and quantity. I love that I can use custom fields and organize client information the way that makes sense. So for each client I have a project board and each task has a timer and it includes invoicing. Many more features of course and great and friendly customer service. They have an online chat in the dashboard. Pros The ability to customize both design and client management. Pros It's great that it includes several tools in one like: Project and task manager, manage proposals, manage invoices and payments and colaborations. Cons Unfortunately for my clients the use of the platform was complicated, managing payments, seeing the progress of the project, etc. in the end I always had to send summaries and request payments via bank transfer. They could make access for customers even simpler where they can see progress and make payments much easier. As a personal comment a year ago that I wanted to implement it to manage my business and I had problems with the speed of the platform, it took time to load and it would not be possible to work smoothly in the administration of projects as in Trello Review Source Joshua K. I wish their Zapier integration was complete because I currently have to do many things manually. 2. I wish they had recurring invoices. 3. Pros There are several small business tools included with Plutio. CRM, offers/deals, billing, calendar and projects. And you can change the language too. Calendar tool have been one thing that I used a lot. Cons CRM system is a bit complicated to use and you may not always have enough time to hit all the leads in there. Billing system I can't use because of my country laws, taxes and other needs. There have been some issues with the calendar too. The support system is very nice, always available and at hand. A simple interface to implement, and also have many templates. The community is fantastic Cons Some things still need improvement, but it is part of the evolution of the software. But if they can work and some more features like desktop time tracker and fixing issues with scheduling, it will be a killer on the market. Pros What I like about the software is about their mindset and hunger for always making it better. I am already getting almost anything I can wish for by paying only like 100 bucks. But if I have to precisely tell what I liked most, that should be the Task Management feature. Cons They have still have lackings in some features, and I felt the scheduling and timesheet is that feature for most of the case. We did not run into issues during the trial. Pros I really liked that Plutio is offering app, not very many business management apps are doing so and this is a huge area of opportunity. I also like the ability to white label the platform to make the image of the business very cohesive and unified. We signed up for a trial and were impressed by everything we saw. Cons They do charge extra for the white label feature, but I can understand why it's to their advantage to do so. For our business needs we would use either of the 2 lower tiers of the service then would be tacking on the extra white labeling charge. As a smaller, but growing, business we are still feeling out other options.
