It´s very nice to use Plutio for my projects, I am very comfortable using it as my main organizer tool for all my projects.

Pros

It´s very flexible, you can do many things as planning tasks, projects and count time and costs for customers.

Cons

It´s not very intuitive and it would be nice to have visual graphs.

Very difficult to implement. The on boarding by the staff is really very bad. There are no tutorials to start

1) Create the work task and then assign to co-worker 2) The Founder (Leo Bassam) is excellent in customer service, fast response to helpdesk ticket and keep upgrade the system

Cons

No as of now, because I use it almost everyday but still not not yet encounter anything I dislike

fantastic software and amazing support

Pros

It does EVERYTHING! Invoicing, e-signatures and more! Mobile app, desktop app and web browser version. HIGH CUSTOMISATION. I love being able to brand and design everything how I want.

Cons

I've yet to find anything to not like. Great software.

Cons

I think it should have an example of everything, sometimes you just feel lost because you don't know all the potential of that area.

Pros

It has a very good mobile app to complement its web app. I use the tasks section often to jot down quick notes.

Cons

App loads slowly. Web app is also pretty bad when it comes to performance.

I found Plutio on a Black Friday thread and am so glad I did. As a freelancer it has everything I need to manage my business all in one place. The interface is great and the features Roadmap means there will be even more tools and integrations available soon.

Pros

Everything I need in once place. Great interface. Helpful support.

Cons

Can't really think of anything. It sometimes takes a bit of time to get used to settings etc., but as I learn I realise just how powerful it is.

Honestly I did not like this software. We tried switching from trello but were not impressed. For a paid software (vs. Free trello) this should have been much better.

Pros

I like that it looks like it has potential but it's not there yet.

Cons

There is no way to prioritize tasks other than assigning due dates. For a lot of my tasks there were no specific due dates. It would be nice to be able to just click and drag.

Pros

The software works great and has plenty of tools for project management.

Cons

The people who designed/implement it. Absolutely terrible customer service, only receive automated emails and responses about an issue of receipt. Dozens of attempts to contact the company only to be blown off by automated responses.

Pros

This software basically allow some you to run a business from a single platfor. I particularly like the recurring billing functionality.

Cons

Currently the recurring billing is only for stripe - would be great to see that functionality for PayPal too
